Sheamus is known for being a bit of a gym freak as is evident from his YouTube show Celtic Warrior Workouts where he invites fellow WWE Superstars to share their workout with him and the YouTube community. However, Sheamus recently showed off his workout and it looks impressive.
The Celtic Warrior recently took to Twitter to show off his impressive leg workout routine by performing a 780 lbs belt squat.
“Leg Day 780lbs belt squat,” wrote Sheamus.
Sheamus’ leg workout will even put John Cena’s workout routine to shame. He has once again shown us why he is one of the most impressive athletes to ever set foot inside a WWE ring.
His fans also seemed impressed with Sheamus’ feat of strength. “Damn!,” replied one user while another user commented that Sheamus should be “training Elon Musk.”
