Lawler informs that he separated his shoulder at an indie show recently in front of 700 people. The injury occurred in the first move of the match, and he went on to work another 15 minutes and finish the match. The thought of stopping a match due to that sort of injury never enters the mind of an old school wrestler. Lawler tips his crown to Triple H for finishing that match.
There has been some speculation that Triple H won’t be able to wrestle at WrestleMania now, after having surgery that usually requires 6 months to heal. WrestleMania is roughly 5 months away, but Lawler thinks Triple H can make it back in time. He’s a tough guy who rehabs and works out as hard as anyone. Lawler is willing to bet right now that we’ll see Triple H at WrestleMania.

Lawler informs that he’s going to be at Survivor Series on Nov 18th. He’s looking forward to that PPV which will feature a number of RAW vs. Smackdown matches.
That sums up today’s episode of Dinner With the King. You can listen to the show yourself anytime here, and I’ll catch ya next week for another recap!
