WWE Superstars couldn’t get out of Saudi Arabia after Crown Jewel, so the company needed to figure something out quickly.
NXT Superstars were called to jump-start their storyline into Survivor Series. It really worked out in the end because WWE had just announced that NXT Superstars will be a part of Survivor Series just one day prior.
Shayna Baszler commented saying: “Making a statement.” That she did after taking out Bayley. Adam Cole also commented saying: “System shocked.”
NXT really did have quite an impressive showing this week on Friday Night SmackDown. We can only imagine how the tables will turn once WWE’s roster returns from Saudi Arabia.
