Ronda Rousey has been known to be one of the most fierce and dominant in-ring competitors in WWE. The Baddest Woman on the Planet has an intense MMA background at her disposal which she has used to lay a path of carnage in the global juggernaut. However, Rousey recently shared about her knee issues in her training routine.
Ronda Rousey recently outlined problems in her right knee. She showed her fans the way to train with no ACL or cartilage with the support of her new TS-01 sent by one of her acquaintances which helps her maintain stability.
Ronda Rousey also shared a childhood story about the time after her ACL reconstruction surgery. Ronda Rousey narrated that her mother made her do push-ups two weeks after that to teach her to either sit around and feel sorry for what happened or get up and face the situation.
Ronda Rousey concluded that her elbow was fractured after slapping the mat in Rockford, Illinois right before the upcoming WrestleMania. She outlined everything in her training video on Instagram.
“How do you train with no ACL or cartilage in your right knee as well as a fractured radius?
Focus on what you CAN do – I have some of the most versatile training routines on earth, I need to do PT, build strength, retain flexibility, and train technique across multiple disciplines – sometimes all in a single session.After over two and a half decades of combat training – the smallest misstep could result in surgery.

We’ll have to wait and see how long Ronda Rousey would need to heal in order to compete without any problems. She appears to be determined to work a match at WrestleMania 39 showcase despite whatever pain she may be feeling and not watch the show from the sidelines.
