WWE NXT is set to move to its new broadcasting home, the CW network, with the premier episode set to take place on October 1 in Chicago, Illinois. In preparation for the show’s big move, NXT standout Lola Vice shared some insight into upcoming content to promote the big event.

The former MMA fighter took to her Instagram stories to announce that she was shooting content for NXT’s upcoming move to the CW network. Lola Vice expressed being a fan of the CW network growing up, watching shows like Gossip Girls and expressed excitement at NXT being on the same network starting in October.

“Hola, I just had the best time shooting for CW, I am so excited for our premiere in Chicago on October 1st, I can’t wait. I mean I grew up watching CW like Gossip Girls and all these things, I am so excited. Just got done shooting for them and I can’t wait.”

The premiere episode is already shaping up to be a must-watch edition. It will feature Chicago’s own CM Punk making an appearance alongside The Miz, who will be hosting a special edition of his talk show, ‘Miz TV.’

Furthermore, it will feature Ethan Page defending his NXT title against Trick Williams, who earned the opportunity by defeating Pete Dunne in a Last Man Standing match this week, as well as Giulia competing for the NXT Women’s title against Roxanne Perez.

With Lola Vice being featured in the promotional content for NXT’s move to the CW network, we will have to wait and see if the Latina will be featured on the premier episode that is rapidly approaching.

The September 9 episode of WWE NXT opened with a thrilling NXT Tag Team Title match, where champions Nathan Frazer and Axiom defended their belts against the Street Profits. The fast-paced, high-energy bout had the crowd fully invested from the start, with both teams showcasing impressive athleticism.

However, just as it appeared the Street Profits were gaining momentum, Bloodline’s Tama Tonga made a shocking surprise appearance, attacking the Profits and causing a disqualification.

The surprises didn’t end there—other members, Tanga Loa and Jacob Fatu, soon joined in, creating chaos and leaving no one standing in the ring. This unexpected interference left the audience in shock, far from the finish they expected.

In an unseen backstage video released by WWE on X, The Bloodline members can be seen backstage moments after their attack on The Street Profits. While Tonga Loa proclaimed “If you ain’t the Bloodline, you ain’t anybody”, Tama Tonga revealed that the attack was orchestrated by orders of their Tribal Chief, Solo Sikoa.

The Bloodline’s presence on NXT sent a warning across WWE, especially with Solo Sikoa set to face Cody Rhodes during the upcoming SmackDown premiere on the USA Network. It seems the Bloodline has no plans to wait, starting their reign of destruction early by making NXT their first target.

This episode marked an unforgettable start to what promises to be an action-packed week for WWE.
