The Boogeyman is ready to rise from the shadows once again. The 60-year-old wrestling legend sent out a cryptic message on February 23, 2025, teasing a possible return to the ring.

“ONE MORE RUN.”

That’s all it took to get people talking. The Boogeyman first terrorized WWE from 2005 to 2009, creeping into backstage segments and horrifying opponents with his worm-eating, clock-smashing madness. He left WWE in 2009, came back briefly in 2012, and signed a Legends deal in 2015, keeping him connected to the company.

But let’s be real—at 60 years old, the odds of WWE bringing him back for anything more than a backstage cameo or a surprise in-ring spot are slim. His last real singles match was back in October 2023, and his most recent appearance came in 2024 as part of a Reality of Wrestling Rumble match.

So is The Boogeyman actually making a return, or is this just a way to keep his name out there? If WWE does give him one more shot, will it be for real, or just another quick nostalgia moment?
