After assaulting and removing The Revival from their scheduled title match against the B-Team, Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre stepped in and utterly decimated Axel and Dallas to become the new Raw tag team champions. This was before they accompanied Braun Strowman at the end of the night in his matchup against Finn Balor, which ended with the entire heel locker room of the main roster attacking The Shield.
In a WWE exclusive, Mike Rome caught up with Dolph and Drew to gage their reactions on their victory. Both men, oozing with cockiness and charisma, exclaim that they told us so.
DOLPH: Reaction is…it’s our show now. So this just makes sense. I really ugh…don’t know what took so long.
DREW: Told you so.
