GUNTHER has held the World Heavyweight Championship for a long time, and he faced a major challenge at the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event, as he faced Cody Rhodes. After the match, GUNTHER confirmed that he is now moving on from his rivalry with Cody Rhodes.

At WWE Crown Jewel 2024, Cody Rhodes and GUNTHER faced off to crown the first-ever Crown Jewel Champion, with Cody Rhodes defeating GUNTHER and becoming the Crown Jewel Champion. While it was a big moment, it was not surprising given that The American Nightmare had been on an impressive winning streak over the past few months.

The Ring General took to Twitter and uploaded a clip of himself during the November 4th edition of Monday Night RAW, where he made it clear that he felt Cody Rhodes was the better man at Crown Jewel. Interestingly enough, GUNTHER also made it clear that he is moving on from Cody Rhodes. “Moving on,” the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion wrote.

GUNTHER clearly has other things on his mind as he is set to defend his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Damian Priest, following the events of the November 4th edition of Monday Night RAW. Therefore, we’ll have to wait and see whether The Archer of Infamy has any chance against the Ring General in the future.
