Ring of Honor will present the Death Before Dishonor pay-per-view event from Lowell, Massachusetts, on July 23rd. The promotion has already announced a couple of matches. It appears that the outcome of one particular match has already been leaked to the internet.
AEW taped content for Dark this week in Orlando. Two former NXT 2.0 stars were also spotted at the tapings. Current ROH World Champion Jonathan Gresham was also in the ring for dark tapings. Gresham, however, entered the ring without the championship strap.
It’s quite possible that AEW wants to air said Dark tapings after Death Before Dishonor and Gresham not having the title belt around his waist could point to the title changing hand at the July 23rd PPV event.
For those not in the know, Gresham will defend his title against Claudio Castagnoli. Samoa Joe will also put his World Television Championship on the line against Jay Lethal. Check out the updated card below.
