Rhino showed up on AEW Dynamite this week. This match capped off the show’s first hour. He ended up getting a surprise shot at the TNT Title.
Nick Wayne was going to face a name from Christian Cage’s past. Nobody knew who might show up, and their questions were answered when they started hearing “Gore, Gore, Gore!”
Rhino came out, and this received an amazing reaction from the Detroit crowd. Of course, the former ECW original was a big part of Detroit’s scene, and he hails from the city. However, after a brief match, Rhino last following a Killswitch from Wayne. Detroit fans chanted “bullsh*t” at this result.
We will have to see what Rhino does next. If anything, this appearance certainly proved that he still has what it takes to pop a crowd.
