Vince McMahon’s fingerprints were all over WrestleMania 39 weekend—and apparently, things got even messier the very next night.

According to Fightful Select, McMahon went full tornado backstage at the Raw After WrestleMania taping in April 2023, rewriting the show at the last minute and sending the locker room into chaos.

One frustrated source didn’t hold back: “He ran in like the Tasmanian Devil, ate up the script, ruined the show and left.”

Fans noticed something was off that night—segments were cut, stories were dropped, and the flow of the show felt disjointed. Talent reportedly had no clue what was going on as they were being given new scripts and directions on the fly.

This chaotic behavior came on the heels of speculation that Vince had regained influence in WWE creative, despite his public “retirement” in 2022. That night only fueled concerns that the company was slipping back into old habits.

Do you think Vince’s meddling hurt WWE’s momentum in 2023? Let us know in the comments—and don’t hold back.
