Liv Morgan’s recovery from shoulder surgery is officially underway — and now fans are getting their first look at her post-surgery update.

Dr. Kevin Wilk, Associate Clinical Director and Co-Founder of Champion Sports Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama, posted a photo on social media showing himself alongside the WWE Superstar following her operation this week.

In his Instagram caption, Wilk praised Morgan’s dedication and athleticism, making it clear he expects big things when she returns to the ring.

“Awesome honor and pleasure to be helping WWE Superstar Liv Morgan with her shoulder rehabilitation,” Wilk wrote. “Fantastic athlete, dedicated and great to work with.”

Wilk also credited the surgeon, Dr. Jeff Dugas of Andrews Sports Medicine, and made it clear Morgan won’t just be back — she’ll be better than ever.

“This WWE superstar will be back and back even better. Outstanding athlete!” he added.

Morgan suffered what’s believed to be a separated or dislocated shoulder during her match with Kairi Sane on the June 16 episode of WWE Raw. WWE has since confirmed that Morgan will be out for “several months” while recovering.
