All Elite Wrestling heading to Reading, PA, at the Santander Arena for the final episode of Dynamite before Full Gear 2024. Adam Cole was on hand for the show, and he had something to get off his chest.
Adam Cole really wanted a match against MJF at Full Gear on November 23, but he failed to get three wins in a row. Still, Roderick Strong got those three wins, and he was awarded a match instead. Adam Cole was understandably bummed out by this turn of events. Now, we are at the go-home show, but Adam Cole wasn’t finished when he showed up for the November 20 episode of AEW Dynamite.
Fans were hyped for Story Time with Adam Cole, and he was ready to cut a promo. He wished that he could get his hands on MJF at Full Gear, but that wasn’t in the cards. In the end, Roderick Strong will get that match, and Cole made it clear that he and Roddy have the same goal.
Adam Cole said that he and Roderick Strong both want to give MJF a beating, and that will happen at Full Gear. Then Kyle O’Reilly came out to enter the conversation. He brought up his past with Cole, which includes highs and lows. That is when O’Reilly told Cole that his “crusade” against MJF needs to end.
Kyle O’Reilly told Adam Cole that he needs to stop having his friends fight his battles, and he doesn’t have a good feeling about any of this. O’Reilly also said that MJF is three steps ahead of everyone. Playing with MJF is like playing with fire, and he doesn’t want to see anyone burned.
After speaking his piece, Kyle O’Reilly left Adam Cole standing in the ring, speechless. We will have to see where this storyline heads from here, but Adam Cole may have a big choice to make.
