Andrade parted ways with AEW after his contract with the wrestling powerhouse was scrapped by AEW boss, Tony Khan. Following his leave from AEW, the pro-wrestler made his way back to WWE and competed at Men’s Royal Rumble last week. His bout lasted 23-minutes before being eliminated by Bronson Reed.
Recently, a behind the scenes video was shared on social media which showcased Andrade’s mask for his return to WWE. In the footage, Andrade can been seen donning a black mask with a stylised gold “crown.” The mask maker also provided insights on the making process of the mask.
Rockwell Masks shared the clip on their official TikTok page. They wrote that mask featured a hand-sculpted crown gilded in genuine 24k golf leaf. The video showcased the careful hand-crafted construction of the mask with individual panels being stitched together to form the initial structure. It seems they put in a lot hours in the making of the mask and the result turned out to be amazing.

A great deal of work was carried out to bring out the details in the mask. The mask maker hand-crafted various elements, such as the skeleton crown, using a metal coating resembling a clay-like substance. The final touch involves meticulously applying gold leaf to the crown and facial accents. The impressive work by the artist accurately captured flashy Andrade’s persona.
Meanwhile, Andrade has made it clear that nobody can stop him from rising to the top following his return to WWE. However, fans should take his words with a pinch of salt as his return to Royal Rumble last week didn’t look promising. We’ll have to wait and see what Andrade’s does next in WWE.
