Dominik Mysterio isn’t holding back on how he feels about WWE’s current run.

During a recent interview with Jim Varsallone, Mysterio claimed the modern era of WWE is not just thriving — it’s “miles” ahead of the Attitude Era.

“A lot of people would say the Attitude Era is the best era in wrestling, right? Or like the most money-driven era in wrestling. But I think this current era that we are currently in has it beat by a long, long… I don’t know… miles,” Mysterio said.

Mysterio praised WWE for its storytelling, in-ring action, and merchandise, insisting that the company is firing on all cylinders. “We’re doing some of the best work that we have ever done. Whether it’s storylines, whether it’s in-ring wrestling, merchandise that we’re producing – just everything is top level from the WWE right now,” he continued.

WWE’s recent acquisition of AAA has only fueled Mysterio’s enthusiasm, as he sees the move as another sign of WWE’s global dominance. “Now, the fact that we can do that — all four shows in one place — that’s truly amazing,” he added.

Mysterio, who previously said he wants to “shit all over” his father Rey Mysterio’s legacy in AAA, seems determined to make his mark and prove himself as the top Mysterio in the wrestling world.

Dominik Mysterio is clearly confident in WWE’s current direction, positioning himself as a key player in what he believes is the best era of wrestling.
