As previously noted, Rusev decided to cut off a good portion of his hair and now has a look similar to Kevin Owens.
It’s being said that Rusev is expected to take some time off WWE television, which is probably why he decided to cut his hair off now. It’s very possible that they keep him off television for the next couple of weeks, as he isn’t advertised for any events until the March 17th WWE tour.
