Miro and Kip Sabian were able to appear in a backstage segment during AEW Dynamite this week, but The Best Man was not in the building for the show. There is a very good reason why he couldn’t make it.
The United States was rocked with winter storms last week at the same time as AEW’s tapings. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Miro simply couldn’t make it out of Nashville due to the snow.
Miro missed the last tapings due to the blizzard not allowing him to get out of Nashville. The original plan was to do a follow-up angle with him coming off the wedding.
We’ll have to see what AEW books for Miro during the go-home episode before AEW Revolution next week. Miro and Kip Sabian were announced in a tag team match against Chuck Taylor and Orange Cassidy. Odds are they will want to continue building that match with what little time they have.
