Jordynne Grace Shows Brutal Facial Injury After Kelani Jordan’s Belt Shot

Jordynne Grace Shows Brutal Facial Injury After Kelani Jordan’s Belt Shot

Jordynne Grace has been through her share of wars, but this week’s NXT main event left its mark—literally.

The October 28 episode of WWE NXT delivered fallout from Halloween Havoc and a rare main event: the TNA Knockouts World Championship was on the line. Kelani Jordan defended her title against the powerhouse Jordynne Grace in a battle that quickly spiraled into chaos.

Grace, a three-time Knockouts World Champion and the first woman to hold the TNA Digital Media Title, brought a veteran edge into the match. She nearly had Jordan beat after a punishing jackknife powerbomb, but Trick Williams and Ricky Saints’ wild ringside brawl spilled into the action and changed the outcome.

With the referee distracted, Kelani Jordan reached for her championship belt. Then came the shot heard ’round WWE Performance Center. She drilled Grace with the title and scored the controversial win. Grace was robbed of her record-tying fourth Knockouts Title reign.

The next day, Grace went to social media to show what that belt shot really did. She tweeted a close-up photo of the left side of her face covered in scratche, and swelling, along with three shocked emojis. The visual was as real as it gets—clear evidence of the damage from Jordan’s title strike.

This wasn’t a dramatized spot or a clever camera angle. Jordynne Grace took that belt square to the jaw and lived to tweet about it. The damage tells a story that words couldn’t capture.

Whether this opens the door for a rematch—or a potential long-term NXT rivalry—it’s clear Grace isn’t walking away from this one quietly. And neither are her fans.

Jordynne Grace Furious Over WWE NXT vs TNA Showdown Snub

Jordynne Grace Furious Over WWE NXT vs TNA Showdown Snub

Jordynne Grace has had enough of being overlooked—and now she’s putting NXT and TNA management on blast.

The WWE NXT star took to social media today to fire off a direct message to both NXT General Manager Ava and TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella after learning she wasn’t booked for the upcoming NXT vs TNA Showdown. In the video, Grace didn’t hold back, making it clear she sees her absence from the card as a complete misstep by both brands.

“Santino, Ava, there is a huge problem with Showdown next week. I’m not on it. I was trying to bite my tongue, but I just can’t anymore.”

She went on to remind fans—and officials—just how much she’s contributed to the cross-promotional relationship between WWE and TNA, dating back to her surprise appearance at the 2024 Royal Rumble.

“There is no NXTNA without Jordynne Grace. There is no partnership. There are no cross-promotional champions. As a matter of fact, there is no Showdown without me setting the stage for it two years ago.”

Grace also criticized how the rosters were selected, accusing team captains of making the wrong choices. But it was her shot at Santino Marella that really turned heads, especially after he appointed Kelani Jordan as TNA’s women’s team captain.

“And Santino, letting Kelani Jordan be your TNA women’s captain after one TNA show? I’m gonna refer you to my neurologist, because I’m extremely concerned about you.”

She wrapped up the message with a firm demand:

“I’m gonna say this as respectfully as I possibly can—you two need to fix this.”

Grace has been one of the faces of the WWE x TNA partnership since day one, making her exclusion from Showdown hard to ignore. Whether this outburst gets her added to the show—or widens the rift between her and the people calling the shots—remains to be seen.

Jordynne Grace Debuts Sleek New Look After Haircut Drama at WWE No Mercy

Jordynne Grace Debuts Sleek New Look After Haircut Drama at WWE No Mercy

Jordynne Grace just flipped the script on her look—and she’s owning it.

After getting her hair chopped mid-match during the brutal Weaponized Steel Cage match against Blake Monroe at WWE No Mercy, the NXT star revealed a stunning new hairstyle ahead of the September 30 episode of WWE NXT.

Instead of her signature curls, Grace is now rocking long, straight hair—and fans are already reacting to the transformation. She shared the update on Instagram with a nod to her old look, writing:

“The curls WILL be back.”

The change comes after one of the most talked-about moments of No Mercy, when Monroe pulled out a pair of scissors and cut Grace’s hair in the middle of their cage war. Despite the shock moment, Grace still walked out with a massive win.

After the event, she took to social media to joke about the impromptu trim and asked fans in Orlando for help fixing the damage.

“But seriously… if you know a hairstylist in Orlando that can fit me in Monday/Tuesday tell me, otherwise I will be on NXT this week looking chopped 🥲”

And while she made light of the moment, Grace also made sure to remind everyone that she walked out a winner.

“Dragon: slayed.”

With her new look, Grace continues to evolve in NXT—and she’s proving that even a surprise haircut won’t shake her momentum.

Jordynne Grace might’ve lost a few inches of hair, but she gained even more steam as one of the most dominant forces in NXT.
