Becky Lynch Blames Maxxine’s Nails for Causing ‘Intense Damage’ During 10/20 WWE RAW

Becky Lynch Blames Maxxine’s Nails for Causing ‘Intense Damage’ During 10/20 WWE RAW

Becky Lynch isn’t backing down after her controversial WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship defense on RAW ended in disqualification—and left fans furious.

Less than 24 hours after smashing Maxxine Dupri in the head with her title to retain the belt, Lynch took to Instagram with a busted lip and a message for the WWE Universe. In the video, Becky addressed what she called unfair criticism of her actions, insisting that she was the real victim in the match. She said the situation was being twisted online and claimed the referee missed a major infraction.

“Hello. I thought it was very important that I address the nation of the WWE Universe. Last night, there’s been some chatter about my conduct—as if I acted in an unsportsmanly like manner. Which I can tell you is absolutely untrue in the match. Clear as day everybody saw it. Maxxine closed fist. Punch to my face. An illegal maneuver. Jessica Carr should have disqualified her.”

Becky didn’t stop there. She alleged that Dupri used an “illegal object” in the match—specifically her nails—and claimed she had experts back her up on that point.

“What’s more? An illegal maneuver with an illegal object. I verified this through experts, through nail technicians. They have verified that the nails that Maxxine Dupri was wearing would cause intense damage to the lip.”

Lynch went on to say that after being struck, she tried to stay calm and walk away before things escalated.

“Something that I said, okay, that’s it. You know what? I’ve had enough. I’m not gonna stoop to any—I’m not gonna stoop to a level that is not my highest self. So I took myself out of there. I took a walk. And I said, okay, that’s enough. I’m not gonna stoop any lower. And she wouldn’t have it. She wouldn’t let me go.”

Lynch’s explanation follows widespread criticism for her actions on the October 20 episode of RAW, where she intentionally got herself disqualified by hitting Dupri with the championship belt. The Sacramento crowd showered her with boos as she left the ring, clutching her title while Dupri was left motionless.

With this new statement, Becky is clearly trying to reframe the story—portraying herself as a wronged champion defending her integrity. Whether fans buy her version or not remains to be seen.

Maxxine Dupri Gets Cracked With WWE Title Belt by Becky Lynch in Dirty RAW Finish

Maxxine Dupri Gets Cracked With WWE Title Belt by Becky Lynch in Dirty RAW Finish

Becky Lynch made sure her WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship stayed in her hands on the October 20th edition of RAW—but the way she did it left fans furious.

Live from the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, Lynch defended her title against Maxxine Dupri. The challenger came in hungry, pushing the pace early with roll‑up attempts and surviving Lynch’s offense through a commercial break. Dupri even connected with a big kick and locked in an ankle lock, giving fans the sense that an upset could actually happen.

Lynch escaped and fought back with her own submission, but Dupri countered again with another ankle lock before Becky broke free. That’s when things turned nasty. As Dupri pressed the advantage, Lynch tried walking out with her belt to force a count‑out. Dupri cut her off and nearly scored another surprise pin with a roll‑up. But in a flash, Becky swung the Women’s Intercontinental Championship straight into the back of Dupri’s head. The referee had no choice but to call for the disqualification.

After the bell, Lynch didn’t stop. She pounded away on Dupri in the ring as the Sacramento crowd booed heavily. The champ then strutted up the aisle with her belt while Dupri was left laid out.

This was Becky Lynch at her dirtiest, refusing to let go of her title the same way her husband Seth Rollins had to earlier in the night. For Maxxine Dupri, the ending robbed her of the biggest win of her WWE career so far.

Do you think Becky Lynch’s dirty tactics are making her run more entertaining, or is it time someone knocks her off that pedestal? Let us know in the comments below.

Maxxine Dupri Pulls Off Major Upset Win Over Becky Lynch During 10/6 WWE RAW

Maxxine Dupri Pulls Off Major Upset Win Over Becky Lynch During 10/6 WWE RAW

Becky Lynch didn’t know what was going to hit her, and she suffered a big upset loss this week because of it. This wasn’t the best look for the Women’s IC Champion, either.

The October 6 episode of WWE RAW went down at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. The show saw Becky Lynch face off against Maxxine Dupri, and that was quite a match.

Dupri had fans going in a big way during RAW this week. They were all behind her, as they wanted to see an upset win. In the end, Becky Lynch threw everything she had at her, but it wasn’t enough.

Maxxine Dupri wasn’t able to get a pinfall victory over Becky Lynch, either. She tried hard, and had the fans behind her in a big way, but that was not enough. In the end, she did win in another way.

Becky Lynch was taken outside the ring, and she ignored the referee’s count. That resulted in her not being able to get back in the ring in time to beat the count, so she lost the match.

After her big win, Maxxine Dupri celebrated in a big way. She left, and Becky Lynch didn’t seem happy at all. Needless to say, this marks one of the biggest wins in Durpi’s in-ring career, and for good reason.

Maxxine Dupri Unleashes Kurt Angle’s Ankle Lock During Dungeon Training Ahead of Becky Lynch Match

Maxxine Dupri Unleashes Kurt Angle’s Ankle Lock During Dungeon Training Ahead of Becky Lynch Match

Maxxine Dupri is pulling no punches ahead of her match against Becky Lynch on the October 6, 2025 episode of WWE RAW. The showdown is set for the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, and it’s now clear Dupri is coming with serious intent to make a statement.

In a new training clip shared by Natalya via Instagram Stories on October 2, Maxxine was seen dominating Cameron Fox inside The Dungeon. The standout moment came when she locked in a vicious ankle lock—executed with precision—clearly modeled after Kurt Angle’s legendary submission hold.

The move was no fluke. Maxxine maintained control before cinching in the ankle lock with authority, showing off just how far her technical training has come. Her form, positioning, and control sent a clear message ahead of RAW: she’s not stepping into the ring with Lynch to just survive—she’s coming to finish.

With Becky Lynch already rattled after their backstage confrontation, Maxxine’s decision to incorporate a move as punishing as the ankle lock shifts the tone of their upcoming clash.

Maxxine Dupri Wipes Out in Inflatable Accident with Liv Morgan and Tiffany Stratton

Maxxine Dupri always knows how to have fun, both in and out of the ring. However, during Natalya’s recent birthday party, she had a rough moment when she took a big fall off an inflatable UFO and got wiped out.

The Alpha Academy member took to her Instagram and uploaded several photos of herself at Natalya’s birthday party, which included photos with Bayley, Natalya and even Indi Hartwell.

The biggest surprise from the party was a video showing Maxxine Dupri, Liv Morgan, Indi Hartwell, and Tiffany Stratton standing on an inflatable UFO. Suddenly, it tipped over. Indi Hartwell managed to jump off in time, but Maxxine Dupri wasn’t so lucky, she took a big fall and wiped out into the water.

Dupri wasn’t the only one as Morgan and Stratton also fell but it wasn’t nearly as hard as what happened to Maxxine. Dupri later laughed about it, joking that her sunburn hit almost as hard as the fall, as she said, “sunburn hit almost as hard as that fall 🤪”

Whether she’s in the ring or at a pool party, Maxxine Dupri always brings the fun. She obviously took the fall in stride and that’s exactly why fans love her and can’t get enough of her sense of humor and personality.

MxM Reunites with Maxxine Dupri After WWE Release

Ringside News Default

During the company’s slew of releases back in September last year, Mason Madden and Mansoor were handed their release. Almost a year removed from their WWE release, the duo have finally reunited with Maxxine Dupri.

We had previously reported that MxM had been in discussions with AEW and Ring of Honor and that transpired into a solid debut in Ring of Honor back in July and they are now officially part of ROH and AEW television in general.

Prior to Mason and Mansoor’s release, they used to be managed by Maxxine Dupri as the Director of Talent for Maximum Male Models. Mansoor took to Twitter today and uploaded a photo of himself alongside Mason and Maxxine Dupri, as the trio finally reunited after so long.

This was certainly a wholesome moment not just for the trio but for fans as well. Regardless, even if they work in different companies, they will always have mutual love and respect for each other and that is all that matters.

Footage Captures Maxxine Dupri Running Away from The Wyatt Sicks During 8/19 WWE RAW

Ringside News Default

The August 19 episode of WWE RAW saw the Wyatt Sicks strike again. Ivy Nile solidified her heel turn last week by betraying Maxxine Dupri and aligning with Chad Gable’s American Made faction, which also includes the Creed Brothers. This week, Nile faced Dupri in a singles match, but the bout was cut short.

The match was interrupted when the Wyatt Sicks’ music played and the lights went out. The Florida crowd, anticipating chaos, responded with chants of “You F*cked Up,” leading to a broadcast censor. This type of issue is expected to be avoided when WWE moves to Netflix.

Suddenly, Nikki Cross appeared and cornered Ivy Nile. Chad Gable and the Creed Brothers arrived to protect her, only for the rest of the Wyatt Sicks faction to make their appearance at ringside and subsequently destroy American Made.

As seen by footage obtained by Ringside News, Maxxine Dupri immediately ran away from the ring as soon as the Wyatt Sicks appeared, as it was clear she wanted no part of the Wyatt Sicks.

We will have to wait and see whether Maxxine Dupri will get proper revenge on Ivy Nile for her actions last week on RAW, as it was clear The Wyatt Sicks were the ones who had the last laugh this week.

What do you think of Maxxine Dupri running for her life when the Wyatt Sicks appeared? Do you believe the faction will help her again? Sound off in the comments section below!
