During the May 3, 2025 episode of AEW Collision in Atlantic City, “Timeless” Toni Storm submitted Lady Frost with a Crossface Chickenwing, paying tribute to WWE Hall of Famer Bob Backlund. But it was what came after the match that had Twitter exploding.

Cutting one of her signature wild promos, Storm strutted onto the boardwalk and dropped a line that instantly lit up timelines: “They say everyone’s coming for me — but darling, I ‘come’ for everybody!” The quote had fans scrambling to clip the moment, and just seconds later, Storm declared, “I’m ready, I’m sweaty. I’m here, I’m queer, and I will always be TIMELESS!”

By midnight, “Toni Storm,” “I’m here I’m queer,” and “Timeless Toni” were all trending nationwide, with wrestling fans and LGBTQ+ voices praising the promo’s energy and confidence. Some called it the most iconic mic drop in AEW women’s division history.

Storm has fully reinvented herself in AEW. Once a straightforward babyface, she’s become a surreal Hollywood-era diva with unhinged charisma and devastating in-ring skills. This current run marks her third reign as AEW Women’s Champion and has solidified her as a key pillar of AEW programming.

From cinematic black-and-white vignettes to unpredictable promos, Toni Storm continues to dominate not just with wrestling ability, but with pure character power. With moments like this, it’s no wonder fans can’t stop talking.

Toni Storm Ambushed and Flattened by Megan Bayne in AEW Collision Beatdown

Toni Storm Ambushed and Flattened by Megan Bayne in AEW Collision Beatdown

Toni Storm had something to say—but Megan Bayne had something to prove.

The March 29 AEW Collision kicked off in Milwaukee with the AEW Women’s World Champion, “Timeless” Toni Storm, demanding Megan Bayne show her face. What Storm got instead was a brutal beatdown that left her laid out and humiliated in front of a stunned crowd.

Storm, speaking under a spotlight like she was on a Broadway stage, opened with “I’m embarrassed, hurt and ashamed that I got pinned by Bayne on Dynamite so easily.” She admitted she couldn’t stop replaying that moment in her hotel room and even “hit [her] head on the sink” the next morning before remembering who she was. The confidence was clearly back—until it wasn’t.

Before Storm could get too deep into her promo, Penelope Ford made a surprise return and ambushed the champion. Storm quickly fought her off, but that’s when the real damage came.

Bayne hit the ring like a storm of her own—cutting through the champ with a brutal lariat, then driving her into the mat with Fate’s Descent. With Storm writhing on the mat, Bayne stood tall, snatched the AEW Women’s World Title, and made one thing crystal clear: “Bow down.”

This feud is no longer just about competition—it’s personal. And if what we saw tonight is any indication, Bayne isn’t just looking to win at Dynasty. She’s out to break Toni Storm.

Toni Storm’s Next Challenger for the AEW World Heavyweight Championship Revealed

Toni Storm's Next Challenger for the AEW World Heavyweight Championship Revealed

The AEW Women’s World Championship match for AEW Dynasty 2025 is official, and it’s going to be a fight.

After a brutal main event on the March 19 episode of AEW Dynamite, Megan Bayne not only took down Kris Statlander, but she also got in the face of the champ, Toni Storm, who didn’t back down.

Bayne dominated much of the match against Statlander, showcasing her raw power and resilience. Even after interference from Penelope Ford and some heavy offense from Statlander, Bayne refused to stay down. A brutal exchange saw both women land German suplexes, but Bayne sealed the deal after hitting a Falcon Arrow for the win.

But the real moment came after the match. Storm, who had been on commentary, ended up getting knocked off her chair as the action spilled to ringside. Not one to let things slide, she taped up her hand, stormed the ring, and went straight at Bayne.

With the crowd on fire, Storm grabbed the mic and made it official. “My God, you’re a big btch!”* she said, locking eyes with Bayne before dropping the challenge for AEW Dynasty 2025.

It will be the second annual Dynasty event and will take place on April 6, 2025, at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, marking AEW’s first pay-per-view event to be held in Pennsylvania. With a stacked card already shaping up, the showdown between Storm and Bayne adds even more firepower to AEW’s biggest event of the spring.

Now, the stage is set for a clash of brute force vs. star power. Can Bayne bulldoze her way to the AEW Women’s World Championship, or will Timeless Toni prove why she’s been running the division?

Who’s walking out of AEW Dynasty with the gold—Storm or Bayne? Drop your predictions in the comments!
