Becky Lynch Roasts Nikki Bella With Brutal John Cena Reference During 8/4 WWE RAW

You can look, but you can’t touch Becky Lynch’s promo skills. Becky Lynch retained the WWE Women’s IC Title in brutal fashion at SummerSlam. This week on RAW, she had a chance to follow up on that story. The Man came out during the second hour of the show this week. She also had her … Read more

El Grande Americano Situation Gets Insane Twist As Third Mask Man Appears During 8/4 WWE RAW

El Grande Americano Situation Gets Insane Twist As Third Mask Man Appears During 8/4 WWE RAW

Now there are tres El Grande Americanos!

Last week on WWE RAW, we saw a second El Grande Americano show up. True to form, WWE raised the stakes after SummerSlam.

During this week’s episode of RAW, Dominik Mysterio took on Dragon Lee in singles action. Then El Grande Americano showed up as expected. This was the version played by Ludwig Kaiser. Then a second El Grande Americano showed up, likely the same one who did last week.

The story continued from there, as a third masked man showed up at ringside. He provided a distraction and that helped Dominik Mysterio win the match. In the end, the mystery of who is El Grande Americano is still going strong, and it’s anyone’s guess how it will turn out.

We will keep a close eye on this story. Since Chad Gable has been out of action with an injury, he hasn’t been able to play the El Grande Americano part. Thankfully, WWE came up with a plan to keep that storyline going in Gable’s absence.

What’s your take on this third El Grande Americano? Who is behind the mask this week? Let us know what you think in the comments section!

Seth Rollins Forced Into First World Title Match During 8/4 WWE RAW

Seth Rollins Forced Into First World Title Match During 8/4 WWE RAW

WWE brought the fallout after SummerSlam 2025 with August 4’s RAW. The show also went down at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, and that venue has seen a lot of great WWE events over the years.

Seth Rollins shocked the world at SummerSlam as he ended CM Punk’s World Title reign within 5 minutes. The Visionary faked his injury and cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase the close out Saturday night’s event.

This week on RAW, Seth Rollins and his Vision had a chance to kick off his title reign. He kicked off the show this week and fans were ready to sing his song. Paul Heyman cut a promo where he threw Roman Reigns under the bus for not being champion in over a year-and-a-half, and he made it clear that CM Punk isn’t the champion, either.

When Seth Rollins took the microphone, he placed shame on every fan who turned their back on him after he won the main event of WrestleMania 41. He also cast shame on the locker room who tried to stop him. He then reminded everyone that he always has a Plan B.

Rollins revealed that he pulled off his faked injury plan by only letting Becky Lynch and Paul Heyman know. Then Rollins made it clear that this is the Vision. Suddenly, LA Knight made his way out to face off with the new champion.

LA Knight said that Seth Rollins didn’t fake his injury to get the title, but to get out of his match with LA Knight at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Knight won that match, and that’s where things got interesting for him. He promised to be the next one to beat Rollins, since he was the last one to beat him. Now Knight has the ammunition to really hurt Rollins, because he will take that title off him.

Knight wanted the match in Brooklyn and immediately. Rollins balked at that idea of fighting Knight in Brooklyn for the title. Then he walked off, leaving Knight in the ring. At that point, Adam Pearce came out and the RAW General Manager came out to book the match tonight anyway. Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker will also be banned from ringside for the match.

What’s your take on Seth Rollins’ title reign so far? Are you happy that things worked out as they did? Let us know what you think in the comments section!

Brock Lesnar Returns In Shocking Fashion At WWE SummerSlam 2025

Brock Lesnar Returns In Shocking Fashion At WWE SummerSlam 2025

The Beast is back.

On SummerSlam’s second night, Triple H promised that fans haven’t seen anything yet. That promise was fulfilled in a big way.

John Cena and Cody Rhodes left it all in the ring during the main event match at SummerSlam 2025. Rhodes won the title, and he left to give Cena a moment in the MetLife Stadium crowd. Then the impossible happened.

Out of nowhere, Brock Lesnar’s music struck and the Beast Incarnate came out. Chants of “holy sh*t” broke out in the crowd as Cena looked on in disbelief.

Brock Lesnar circled the ring and never took his eyes off John Cena. Then he got in the ring with Cena and hit him with an F5 out of nowhere. SummerSlam ended with Brock Lesnar’s music blaring as Cena was laid out in the middle of the ring.

This is a shocking development because Brock Lesnar was removed from WWE programming after he was implicated in Janel Grant’s lawsuit against Vince McMahon. It was said in her lawsuit that she was used as leverage in contract talks with the Beast Incarnate. After that, Lesnar was pulled from television, even ending a WrestleMania program with GUNTHER in its tracks.

We will have to see what happens next in this situation, because it only goes to prove that you never know what will happen in WWE. It certainly looks like the next four months will be very interesting for John Cena.

What’s your take on Brock Lesnar’s return to WWE? Do you think this was a good move? Let us know what you think in the comments section!

Cody Rhodes Beats John Cena In Intense SummerSlam 2025 Street Fight To Win Undisputed WWE Title

Cody Rhodes Beats John Cena In Intense SummerSlam 2025 Street Fight To Win Undisputed WWE Title

The American Nightmare had his night at the biggest party of the summer.

SummerSlam Saturday was a night nobody will ever forget. CM Punk’s victory was squashed by Seth Rollins’ Money in the Bank cash-in. Now, we came to the second night’s main event.

John Cena’s recent babyface turn happened late in the game in this story with Cody Rhodes. The two entered MetLife Stadium with the goal of leaving as WWE Champion, and fans were in for a historic street fight.

The entrances for this match felt special before SummerSlam Sunday’s main event. Cody Rhodes’ music was preceded by a few Dusty Rhodes quotes. Also, John Cena’s screen opened with the black heel look before exploding into color to pop the crowd as he ran to the ring. The match also got a big fight feel thanks to Alicia Taylor’s incredible ring introductions.

After the two hugged in the middle of the ring, they erupted into a hockey fight and the brawl spilled into the ringside area. This street fight meant that everything was on the table. That included John Cena taking Tyrese Halliburton’s crutch, as the NBA player is recovering from an Achilles injury, and then Cena beat Cody with said crutch.

The ring steps were brought into the ring eventually and Cena took a slam on them before Cody climbed to the top rope before John just pushed him off to the floor. Then Cena picked up the steps and heaved them at Cody Rhodes at ringside. That was brutal, but Cena followed it up to keep the match pace up.

They continued this match as Cody took control. Then Cena lifted the American Nightmare to the floor, where he started looking under the ring for weapons, and Cena did the same thing on the other side of the ring. They returned to the ring with chairs and clashed them against each other as Cena dropped his. Then Cody wedged a chair in the corner only to take that chair to the face before John started his 5 moves of doom, including a 5 Knuckle Shuffle. Cody got out of the AA to nail a Bionic Elbow and a Cody Cutter for a two count.

They continued the match as Cena kicked out at two after taking a Cody Cutter from the top rope. Then Cena nailed an electric chair drop for a near fall of his own. Cody returned with a piledriver for a very close two count. After he got back to his feet, Cena nailed him with an AA, but he couldn’t get a pin as he collapsed to the mat.

Cena locked on an STFU eventually, and although Cody got to the ropes, that didn’t mean anything in a street fight. They went to the ringside area, where Cena took a bump over the timekeeper’s booth and then he nailed Cody with a microphone before hitting a Canadian Destroyer on the outside of the ring. Then he got on the announce table and hit an AA on Cody through the other table.

Cody was able to nail a Crossroads, but Cena kicked out of the pin. They continued as John Cena nailed a legdrop from the top rope and an AA for a very close two count of his own. Then Cena got the Slim Jim table from underneath the ring before he set it up, but Cody knocked the table down before the two started brawling all over the floor of MetLife Stadium.

Eventually, the two disappeared under the SummerSlam stage only to have Cena rise up using Cody’s entrance elevator with Rhodes on his shoulder. Then he delivered a massive AA on the stage before carrying Rhodes to the ring. Suddenly, Cody sent Cena through a table on the turnbuckle and nailed a Crossroads for a near fall to prove that he wasn’t finished.

Cody loosened the bottom rope, and he grabbed the giant screw before whacking Cena with it twice. Suddenly, Cena wrapped Cody up with another STFU, but he used the ropes to choke Cody. Then Rhodes wrestled John around and used the rope as a weapon in a submission hold. Cena went for another AA, but Cody hit three Crossroads in a row before John kicked out. Fans chanted “Super Cena” as Cody went to retrieve the title belt.

Rhodes missed with the belt shot, and he ate two AAs before getting placed on the top rope to take one from the top rope. At that point, John Cena pinned Cody for another near fall. Cena got another Slim Jim table from underneath the ring at that point, and he slid it in. They returned to the top rope after that, but Cody fought out of an AA attempt to nail a top rope Cody Cutter through the table. Then Codysaluted Cena before nailing another Crossroads for the pin to become Undisputed WWE Champion once again.

Only time will tell how SummerSlam 2025 will be thought of in the future. At this point, the internet is still buzzing from the result of Sunday’s biggest party of the summer.

Wild Fan Fight Breaks Out In MetLife Stadium Crowd During WWE SummerSlam 2025

Wild Fan Fight Breaks Out In MetLife Stadium Crowd During WWE SummerSlam 2025

SummerSlam was a wild night for everyone.

SummerSlam Sunday included several high-stakes matches, and many of them were quite violent. That vibe apparently continued into the crowd.

A video is now making the rounds from SummerSlam Sunday of a fight in the crowd. It’s unclear what started this altercation, but it appears that many people are at fault when it comes to getting involved in the melee.

MetLife Stadium has seen plenty of fans fighting at NFL games. After all, the Jets and Giants use the field. That being said, WWE fans are generally more well-behaved. This was an exception to the rule.

It’s unclear whether there are any charges being pressed at this time. It is evident that this is not what fans around this fight had in mind when they paid for their ticket to the biggest party of the summer.

What’s your take on this situation with the fan fight? What should WWE have done about it? Let us know what you think in the comments section!

Becky Lynch Chooses Violence In Brutal Women’s IC Title Defense At SummerSlam 2025

Becky Lynch Chooses Violence In Brutal Women's IC Title Defense At SummerSlam 2025

The Man is still coming around as Women’s IC Champion.

SummerSlam Saturday saw plenty of title matches and some unexpected moments. Night two also brought some important moments, but Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria wanted to leave fans talking.

On SummerSlam’s second night, Becky Lynch made her way out to defend the WWE Women’s IC Title against Lyra Valkyria. She also did so with new entrance music.

This was a hard-fought match as they fought around the ringside area, taking full advantage of the no DQ and no count-out stipulation. Becky Lynch beat Lyra with a kendo stick in the ring and a chain was even used across the challenger’s face. Becky Lynch paid homage to Happy Gilmore 2 with a golf swing with the weapon, but Lyra moved.

The match continued with weapons getting introduced via a tool box that Becky Lynch retrieved from under the ring. Eventually, Becky beat Lyra with the tool box and she got some zipties out to tie the challenger’s hands together. Becky got a wrench out next and proceeded to beat Lyra’s body with the tool as she was helpless to protect herself. Lyra kicked out after a pinfall attempt, but she got to her feet only to eat a Becksploder suplex. Then Lynch hung Lyra up on the ring post and beat her with a kendo stick over and over again, even breaking the first one as she got a second to continue the assault. Still Lyra kicked out of a pin attempt when they got back in the ring.

Lyra seemingly had her hands freed, but she put them back in the bindings. Then she fought back with her hands tied, and then she disappeared under the ring, only to re-emerge with a fire extinguisher. She shot Becky Lynch with the extinguisher, and then she went back under the ring and magically got her hands out of the zipties. This gave Lyra a chance to assault Lynch with a kendo stick.

Lyra nailed a Nightwing off the ring steps, but she couldn’t pin Becky Lynch on the outside of the ring. They returned to the squared circle, where Becky nailed a Manhandle Slam on a couple chairs for another near fall. They moved outside where Becky literally wrapped a chair around Lyra, and she beat her against the announce table before kicking that chair through her sternum. At that point, Becky got a crowbar, but just as she was about to literally murder her fellow Irishwoman, Bayley showed up out of nowhere to grab the weapon. Lynch tried to get Bayley to kill Lyra, but she threw the crowbar down before starting to beat Lynch around the ring until Lynch moved and Bayley missed a running knee to send her over the barricade.

Suddenly, Lyra flew in out of nowhere to send Becky through a table. They returned to the ring, where Bayley accidentally hit Lyra with a fist wrapped in a chain to give Becky the win to retain her Women’s IC Title.

Lyra Valkyria and Becky Lynch have great chemistry with each other, and interesting backstory. Only time will tell what is in their future, but the two are probably going to be involved in each other’s careers for a very long time to come.

Becky Lynch Debuts New WWE Entrance Music At SummerSlam 2025

Becky Lynch Debuts New WWE Entrance Music At SummerSlam 2025

The Man is coming around with new music.

On SummerSlam’s second night included a few big moments, including Becky Lynch breaking out a new entrance track. This new music helped bring her to the ring as she defended the Women’s IC Title against Lyra Valkyria.

Lynch’s new music starts with “The Man has come around.” This is a reference to her The Man moniker, but it could also be seen as a nod to Johnny Cash. Also, the entrance screen proclaims: “Becky Lynch held down by The Man.”

Becky Lynch mixing up her music is a sign of a few things. One, she is totally changing up her character and going all in with her heel gimmick. Also, she isn’t going away any time soon.

We will have to see what happens in the future to give WWE other opportunities to play Becky Lynch’s new entrance music. Odds are, fans will hear it many times in the years to come.

What’s your take on Becky Lynch’s new entrance music? Do you think that WWE should have left it alone? Let us know what you think in the comments section!

Wyatt Sicks Win Insane TLC Match At SummerSlam 2025

Wyatt Sicks Win Insane TLC Match At SummerSlam 2025

The tag team division is not a safe place in WWE.

SummerSlam Saturday included some unexpected moments, and incredible spots as well. That being said, the TLC match is always known to bring out everyone’s A game.

This time around, on SummerSlam Sunday, WWE brought a unique mix-up for their TLC match. We saw The Wyatt Sicks vs. The Street Profits vs. The Motor City Machine Guns vs. #DIY vs. Fraxiom vs. Andrade & Rey Fenix. Fans were expecting for this match to steal the show, and they got an incredible performance.

There was a lot going on in this match, as ladders, tables, and chairs were scattered all over the ring. All bets were off, and each team choose violence in this contest.

This match was full of high spots, as each team had a chance to catch everyone else off a risky dive. The Wyatt Sicks were not so much diving, although Dexter Lumis did hit a legdrop through a table, but they were very fond of using weapons to smash their opponents down. With 12 people in this match, there was a lot going on, sometimes too much for the cameras to follow as we saw multiple table break spots in a row.

Candice LeRae got involved in the match, and then B-Fab jumped in to stop her. They were trying to climb the ladder to get the belts for their team. Suddenly, Nikki Cross jumped in to stop her. Candice started climbing the ladder again and then Johnny Gargano was shoved into the ladder which made Candice fall off the ladder and through another ladder that was bridged at ringside.

Erik Rowan got in the match next, and he started roughing up the Street Profits. Then the Profits used chairs on Rowan to beat him down, only to have Erik jump back up. Then he took a spear through the table.

Tommaso Ciampa started hanging off the belts above the ring. Nathan Frazer went for a spear off the ladder like he’s Edge, but Tommaso put his legs up to avoid the move. Then Montez Ford jumped on the ladder and there was a melee scramble to get to the title belts.

Then Uncle Howdy showed up and threw every team off the ladder before he climbed up to meet Nathan Frazer on top. Eventually, Howdy ate a sunset flip powerbomb onto a ladder to take care of him as Joe Gacy and Dexter Lumis took out Fenix in the ring. Then the Wyatt Sicks members climbed up to secure the titles and retain.

The tag team division in WWE is on fire right now, and this match only shows that. Only time will tell what the future holds, but SummerSlam 2025 was a stand-out performance from every team.

Naomi Retains Women’s World Title After Stealing Victory From Rhea Ripley At SummerSlam 2025

Naomi Retains Women's World Title After Stealing Victory From Rhea Ripley At SummerSlam 2025

The women’s division should proceed with caution.

SummerSlam Saturday brought a big night for fans, and many of them were shocked at the end of the night. One of the big moments included Tiffany Stratton toppling Jade Cargill to retain her title. On night two, it was the other brand’s turn.

Rhea Ripley and IYO Sky both wanted a shot at Naomi’s Women’s World Championship. So, they ended up booking a triple threat encounter at the biggest party of the summer. This saw The Glow defend her title with the odds against her in a big way.

This match had a big fight feel, thanks to the ring introductions from Alicia Taylor. Naomi also had her father help out with her entrance.

After they got going, IYO Sky was taken out of the ring. Then Naomi was able to take control over Rhea Ripley for a bit before the Genius of the Skies came back into the mix. Naomi remained with the upper hand, and then it was Rhea Ripley and IYO Sky’s turn to show off a bit after they took Naomi out of the match.

Fans started to chant “this is awesome” as the match carried on after Naomi got back into the ring. Ripley almost had a pin, but Naomi stopped her. Then it was a fight for control on the outside.

The match carried on, and Rhea Ripley took a moonsault from Naomi and then another from IYO Sky, but they couldn’t end the match. Ripley nailed a Rip Tide on Naomi, and then IYO broke up the pin. This match was one big move after another for a while without any ending.

Eventually, Rhea Ripley nailed a Riptide off the top rope on IYO Sky. Then Noami threw Rhea out of the ring and stole the pinfall to retain the title. She also used the tights to secure the pin.

We will keep a close eye on whatever happens next for WWE’s women’s division as they make their way past another SummerSlam. Only time will tell how things look this time next year, especially with the injection of young talent that fans have seen in recent memory.

Seth Rollins Steals CM Punk’s World Title Win To Cash In Money in the Bank At SummerSlam 2025

Seth Rollins Steals CM Punk's World Title Win To Cash In Money in the Bank At SummerSlam 2025

Seth Rollins is back to shut down another summer of Punk.

WWE loaded up Saturday night’s card for SummerSlam 2025 and fans showed up for the biggest party of the summer. The main event also brought fans to a fever pitch as CM Punk and GUNTHER threw down.

CM Punk entered MetLife Stadium with the quest to reclaim a title that he hasn’t held in over a decade. He needed to dethrone the Ring General first, which is no small task.

This match received a big fight feel with Alicia Taylor’s ring introductions. Then they were off to feel each other out in the ring. They started slowly, but things eventually got very physical.

GUNTHER eventually punished CM Punk with precision chops as he beat the challenger down. This was a terrible situation for Punk to be in, as he got trapped in the tree of woe. After he was finally freed, GUNTHER delivered even more stiff shots to Punk.

The Second City Saint sold as GUNTHER stalked him even more. The Ring General had rapier-like speed with every chop, but CM Punk kept fighting on as he absorbed the abuse. The two traded some shots before GUNTHER nailed a big boot, and then he sent CM Punk to the apron with a few more chops and another boot for good measure.

Punk’s chest started looking purple as GUNTHER continued to beat on him. Then Punk fired off a few kicks, but it didn’t phase the champion. GUNTHER then got on top of Punk before they returned to their feet.

CM Punk was able to muscle out of a sharpshooter as he transitioned it into a figure 4. GUNTHER got out of that, and then he took control of the match again with another brutal shot. This match became GUNTHER toying with Punk as the former AEW World Champion sold the abuse.

After nailing a few clotheslines, GUNTHER didn’t move, but a kick to the jaw sent him down. Then a backheel kick from Punk sent GUNTHER down. Suddenly, GUNTHER caught Punk and pinned him for a near fall. Punk was also bleeding very badly from his chest at this point.

Punk tried to get a triangle choke in on GUNTHER, and then he locked it in. However, GUNTHER fought out of it and tried for a Boston Crab. They returned to their feet and Punk ate some more chops. Punk survived that attack, and he landed a running knee and a bulldog for a two count.

This match continued as Punk went to the top rope, but GUNTHER slammed him from the top before nailing a splash for a near fall. GUNTHER continued to destroy CM Punk with stiff chops and a clothesline that nearly took his head off. Then CM Punk caught GUNTHER and tried for a GTS, but GUNTHER caught his leg and nailed a powerbomb.

CM Punk got on his feet slowly as GUNTHER begged him to get up. Then GUNTHER nailed a dinosaur dropkick and another powerbomb for a near fall. The match continued at that point, and then GUNTHER took a bump over the announce table where he was busted open.

They returned to the ring and CM Punk took advantage to the damaged GUNTHER. He nailed a flurry of signature moves, but GUNTHER got a sleeper out of nowhere, but Punk fought out. Then Punk nailed a GTS followed by another one to get the pinfall and win the title.

We will have to see what happens for the rest of 2025, but it appeared that we were entering another Summer of Punk. MetLife Stadium erupted in cheers as CM Punk was given the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Suddenly, Seth Rollins came out with the Money in the Bank briefcase. He faked being injured and then went to the ring, beat CM Punk up with the briefcase, nailed a Stomp and won the title. MetLife Stadium erupted once again as The Visionary won the World Heavyweight Championship. That was quite an unexpected ending to the entire night, and it was certainly a damper on the idea of having another summer of Punk.

Jelly Roll’s WWE SummerSlam Debut Ends in Pain After Logan Paul Splash Through Announce Table

Jelly Roll’s WWE SummerSlam Debut Ends in Pain After Logan Paul Splash Through Announce Table

SummerSlam 2025 brought a massive show to MetLife Stadium, and Jelly Roll knew what he had to do.

Jelly Roll told Stephanie McMahon during her podcast that he will be under 300 pounds for the first time since junior high as he walks into MetLife Stadium. This was a big moment for the music superstar, as he was focused and took his training seriously.

Jelly Roll wasn’t supposed to start the match, but he tagged himself in to get his hands on Logan Paul. The music star got the upperhand on Logan Paul early on, as he landed a few moves for a two count. Then Drew McIntyre took the tag before Jelly Roll went to tag Orton in. Jelly Roll decided to fight Drew instead, and Orton hyped him up before Jelly Roll stepped up to McIntyre.

Drew McIntyre grabbed Jelly Roll by the throat and yelled “this is the day the music dies!” before Jelly Roll landed a few shots, but Drew eventually put him on the mat.

After selling a bit, Jelly Roll got the hot tag to Randy Orton and The Viper started cleaning house. Orton nailed McIntyre with a draping DDT and then he hyped fans up before gearing up for the RKO, but Logan pulled Drew out of the ring.

Randy Orton ate a Claymore Kick from Drew McIntyre on the outside. Then Jelly Roll went to check on Orton before Logan Paul landed a double ax handle on him before he nailed a knockout punch. Drew placed Jelly Roll on the announce table next as Logan Paul climbed up to the top of the turnbuckle, toasted some prime, and nailed a splash through the announce table. Fans chanted “holy sh*t,” and for good reason.

Jelly Roll started to get taken away by medical staff as Randy Orton took a two-on-one attack. The medical staff stopped taking Jelly Roll away as The Apex Predator tried to fight back with a superplex to Drew McIntyre. Suddenly, Jelly Roll turned around and he went back to the ring apron for the tag.

Jelly Roll took the hot tag and he started nailing Logan Paul with clotheslines. Then he hit a chokeslam on The Maverick before hitting a Black Hole Slam on Drew McIntyre. Paul nailed a back elbow, but then Jelly Roll returned that with a slam as Logan jumped off the top rope. McIntyre hit a Claymore Kick on Jelly Roll after that, and then Logan Paul hit a splash on Jelly Roll to pick up the win.

We will have to see what the future holds for Jelly Roll. Odds are, he will continue his massive career in music, but he lost a ton of weight on his journey. His participation in this WWE event was a big deal for him on a personal level, but he was also able to rise to the occasion in a big way.

What’s your take on Jelly Roll’s performance at SummerSlam 2025? Do you want to see him come back? Let us know what you think in the comments section!
