MJF Ejected From Hurt Syndicate During 7/30 AEW Dynamite - Page 24

MJF Ejected From Hurt Syndicate During 7/30 AEW Dynamite

MJF’s status with the Hurt Syndicate just got officially buried—and it went down with a brutal shot at his taste in gifts.

During the July 30 episode of AEW Dynamite at the Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom in Chicago, Illinois, MJF tried to get clarity after last week’s silent thumbs-down from Bobby Lashley. This week, the Salt of the Earth stood outside the Hurt Syndicate’s dressing room, looking for answers.

Instead of a conversation with MVP, MJF was met by Shelton Benjamin, who wasted no time letting him know where things stand. Benjamin informed him, “MVP’s not here tonight.” Then things got personal.

Benjamin brought up a gift MJF had given him—a watch—and hit him with a savage line:
“That watch you gave me… nicest thing I’ve ever seen come from Temu.”

He didn’t stop there. Benjamin slammed the door on the conversation—and MJF’s membership—by telling him, “Kick rocks. You’re out.”

MJF’s time with the Hurt Syndicate is officially over, and the split wasn’t quiet. While this cuts him off from the powerful faction, MJF still holds a guaranteed AEW title shot, which could flip the script on his solo run sooner than later.

Do you think MJF will seek revenge on the Hurt Syndicate, or focus on his title opportunity? Drop your thoughts in the comments—we want to hear where you think this is going.

Roman Reigns’ Sneakers Stolen by Bronson Reed After Brutal Attack During 7/28 WWE RAW

Roman Reigns’ Sneakers Stolen by Bronson Reed After Brutal Attack During 7/28 WWE RAW

WWE RAW’s July 28 episode went down in the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. The fans saw a big go-home episode before SummerSlam, and the final match was worth watching.

Bronson Reed took on Jey Uso in the final match of the night on RAW this week. The match did not end cleanly as Bron Breakker speared Uce to cause a DQ. Then the assault happened.

After beating Jey Uso down a bit, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed were irritated by Roman Reigns coming down for the save. However, the OTC didn’t do a very good job of things, as the heels started taking control.

Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker beat Jey Uso and Roman Reigns around the ring. Reed delivered Tsunamis to both of them in the process. Then Bron Breakker speared both of them through the timekeeper’s barricade at ringside.

To add insult to injury, Bronson Reed snatched Roman Reigns’ sneakers. Reigns has been known for his shoe choices for years, and Reed made a big statement by stealing the OTC’s kicks.

WWE RAW ended with Bronson Reed raising Roman Reigns’ shoes up high as they celebrated. Only time will tell how SummerSlam turns out, but this was certainly a big ending before the biggest party of the summer.

El Grande Americano Mystery Deepens as Second Masked Man Appears During 7/28 WWE RAW

El Grande Americano Mystery Deepens as Second Masked Man Appears During 7/28 WWE RAW

WWE RAW delivered a shocker on July 28 at Detroit’s Little Caesars Arena when not one, but two versions of El Grande Americano appeared during the show—leaving fans and commentators scratching their heads just days before SummerSlam.

The masked mystery character made an expected appearance during Judgment Day’s WWE Tag Team Title defense against the LWO. But this time, the twist was more layered than anyone saw coming.

The first masked El Grande Americano made his entrance during the match. Based on his height, build, and punch technique, it was clear that Ludwig Kaiser was once again under the mask. However, he didn’t last long, as Dragon Lee chased him off to the back.

Then things got strange. A second masked man, significantly shorter in stature, hopped the guardrail and interfered—causing just enough distraction for Judgment Day to retain their titles. The surprise caught even WWE’s commentary team off guard. Michael Cole said on air, “That’s not the same man… who is this?” Corey Graves added, “We’ve got a new mystery on our hands.”

No identity has been confirmed for the second El Grande Americano, but one thing is certain—there’s a new wrinkle on RAW that’s going to have fans guessing all the way into SummerSlam weekend.

Paul Heyman Reveals Faction’s New Leader After Seth Rollins’ Injury

Paul Heyman Reveals Faction's New Leader After Seth Rollins' Injury

WWE RAW’s July 28 episode went down in the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. This was the go-home show before SummerSlam, but we still got an important storyline note.

Seth Rollins’ injury took him out of action. As Mr. Money in the Bank, Paul Heyman is still carrying around Rollins’ briefcase, but he’s not been around to lead his stable. Now that stable has a new leader.

This week on WWE RAW, Paul Heyman addressed Bronson Reed backstage. He said that the faction needs a leader, and now they have one in Bron Breakker. The 2nd generation Superstar was already in the faction, but now he is the leader of the group.

This led to Bron Breakker cutting a motivational promo for Bronson Reed backstage. He is looking to make sure that the faction makes a big impact on WWE television.

Only time will tell what the cards have in store for Seth Rollins as he recovers from injury. His injury was terribly timed, but now his group has someone to lead them into battle.

What’s your take on Bron Breakker getting pushed up the card like this? Is he ready for a big title belt or to be leader? Let us know what you think in the comments section!

Nick Hogan Joins WWE Locker Room on RAW for Emotional Hulk Hogan Tribute

Nick Hogan Joins WWE Locker Room on RAW for Emotional Hulk Hogan Tribute

WWE RAW opened its July 28 broadcast with a powerful tribute to the late Hulk Hogan, and this time, his son Nick Hogan was front and center.

As the show kicked off from Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Triple H stood before a packed house and delivered a solemn message. The entire WWE locker room filled the stage, paying their respects. Among them was Nick Hogan, standing directly beside longtime family friend Bruce Prichard.

Triple H led the crowd into a moment of silence, followed by a 10-bell salute. The arena fell completely silent. Nick Hogan remained on stage throughout the emotional moment, standing shoulder to shoulder with WWE Superstars and officials during a tribute that acknowledged the massive influence his father had on pro wrestling.

The ceremony continued with a video package dedicated to Hulk Hogan, showcasing the legendary career of the two-time WWE Hall of Famer. Chants for “Hogan” echoed through the building as the WWE Universe once again showed its appreciation for the man who helped define an entire generation of sports entertainment.

Nick Hogan’s appearance served as a powerful reminder that Hulk Hogan’s legacy is more than history—it’s family, impact, and memory all wrapped into one. The RAW tribute was another step in WWE’s ongoing farewell to one of its most iconic stars.

Kiana James Returns From Injury In New Manager Role On 7/25 WWE SmackDown

Kiana James Returns From Injury In New Manager Role On 7/25 WWE SmackDown

The July 25 episode of WWE SmackDown delivered another twist on the road to SummerSlam—Kiana James is officially back, and she’s standing alongside none other than Giulia. After months off TV, James returned in a major way, stepping in as a mouthpiece for Giulia during a tense segment involving Zelina Vega.

Zelina was pushing for another shot at the WWE Women’s United States Championship, but Giulia didn’t even need to say a word—because Kiana James spoke for her. The two immediately showed chemistry, with James taking charge and shutting Vega down with confidence. The confrontation led to the announcement of a title match set for next week.

This pairing might’ve caught some fans off guard, but there’s logic behind it. Giulia, while a major international star, isn’t a native English speaker—and having James by her side gives WWE a strong way to present her in promos while she adjusts to the main roster spotlight.

Both women came off sharp and focused in their return segment, and Giulia’s confidence was made clear without her even needing to speak. James backing her up adds a whole new layer to Giulia’s WWE presence—and it could either turn into a dominant partnership or go off the rails fast.

Will this new alliance lead to championship gold—or implode before it gets off the ground? Share your thoughts in the comments and let us know what you think of Kiana James and Giulia teaming up.

Alexa Bliss Suffers Bloody Accidental Injury During 7/25 WWE SmackDown

Alexa Bliss Suffers Bloody Accidental Injury During 7/25 WWE SmackDown

Things got brutal fast on the July 25 episode of WWE SmackDown, and Alexa Bliss took the worst of it. During a singles match against Roxanne Perez, Bliss ended up with a bloody nose after chaos broke out outside the ring—just weeks before her WWE Women’s Tag Team Title match at SummerSlam.

The match, held at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, Ohio, was part of the ongoing feud between Bliss and Charlotte Flair against Perez and Raquel Rodriguez. But things unraveled quickly when action on the outside forced Bliss to make a split-second move.

After spotting Raquel Rodriguez about to powerbomb Charlotte Flair at ringside, Bliss launched herself off the top rope and hit a Twisted Bliss onto the floor to break it up. But when she re-entered the ring, Perez was waiting. Bliss was hit with a move and pinned quickly—and that’s when the real issue became clear.

Bliss was visibly busted open, her nose bleeding heavily. WWE’s production team cut away from the shot almost immediately, but the bleeding didn’t stop. The camera briefly returned to Bliss before focusing solely on Roxanne Perez, who celebrated in the ring after scoring the win.

WWE has not issued an official update on Bliss’ condition. For now, Bliss is still scheduled to team with Charlotte Flair to challenge Perez and Rodriguez at the premium live event—but that could change if the injury is serious.

Jelly Roll Brawls With Logan Paul In Chaotic Impaulsive TV Segment During 7/25 WWE SmackDown

Jelly Roll Brawls With Logan Paul In Chaotic Impaulsive TV Segment During 7/25 WWE SmackDown

The July 25 episode of WWE SmackDown went down at the Rocket Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. This was a big night as we get even closer to SummerSlam, and it included an important segment for one of the event’s marquee matches.

Logan Paul made his way out as the first segment of the night, right after Triple H led in a 10-bell salute tribute to Hulk Hogan. He took credit for the “thank you Logan” chants, as he referenced the chants that Cleveland had just let out for The Hulkster.

After claiming that he “made this city,” Cleveland fans booed him considerably. He said they have nothing in common, because he made it out of Cleveland, but that’s not why he was out in the ring that night. He was out to bring a special edition of Impaulsive TV with Jelly Roll.

Then Jelly Roll came out to “Who’s Your Daddy” by Toby Keith. Jelly Roll said that Logan Paul hasn’t done anything but inspire little asshole kids to be assholes. Then he said that fans in Cleveland don’t even like Logan Paul because Logan Paul cut him off. He wanted to know who Jelly Roll thinks he is, and Jelly Roll informed him that he’s the man who will ship him off in a body bag.

Jelly Roll said that Logan Paul has been a silver spoon kid his entire life, and he’s not just getting in the ring for himself. Jelly Roll said he’s getting in the ring for everyone that’s been bullied by people like Logan Paul. He’s been a WWE fan for his entire life, WWE represented him, and he’s going to war at SummerSlam as he called Paul “a Prime peddling punk-ass bitch.”

Drew McIntyre showed up out of the crowd next, and then Randy Orton made his way out. Before he even said a word, Randy Orton clocked Drew McIntyre in the face and a brawl erupted. Jelly Roll took some two-on-one assault, and then Drew served him up for Logan as The Maverick mounted the music Superstar. Randy Orton pulled McIntyre out of the ring and beat him down, and then Jelly Roll returned fire with some jabs and an elbow followed by a shoulder tackle to shake Paul up for a bit. Then Logan kicked Jelly Roll in the midsection as he prepared to strike, but then Jelly Roll nailed a Boss Man Slam on Paul to close out the segment.

Jelly Roll and Randy Orton will take on Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre at SummerSlam. The biggest party of the summer will take place at MetLife Stadium on August 2 and 3. Ringside News will have full coverage of the entire weekend.

What’s your take on how this SummerSlam match will turn out? Do you think we will see a big surprise? Let us know what you think in the comments section!

Triple H Leads 10-Bell Salute for Hulk Hogan on July 25 WWE SmackDown

The July 25 episode of WWE SmackDown had a lot to bring on the road to SummerSlam. They also celebrated Hulk Hogan’s life, as the two-time WWE Hall of Famer passed away yesterday at the age of 71-years-old.

WWE SmackDown opened up this week with the entire SmackDown roster, and many legends, standing on the ramp. Triple H had a microphone, and he addressed the fans before a 10-bell salute.

Triple H said that without Hulk Hogan, none of them would be standing on that ramp. The Hulkster did help bring WWE to the forefront as the company achieved great things with Hulkamania, and his legend was celebrated in Cleveland.

After the 10-bell salute, WWE fans chanted for Hulk Hogan before they played a touching video package for the Immortal One. This was quite an emotional moment as they played his “Real American” theme song throughout the video tribute.

The video tribute was a longer one, as they had a lot to cover throughout Hulk Hogan’s historic career. Triple H also provided narration for that short documentary that kicked off SmackDown this week.
