Vince McMahon Spotted At New York Knicks NBA Game

Vince McMahon Spotted At New York Knicks NBA Game

WWE fans used to see Vince McMahon practically every week, but he’s certainly stepped out of the spotlight in recent memory. The former Chairman of the Board isn’t a hermit, and he is still getting out there. A recent appearance at an NBA game more than proved that.

Vince McMahon attended the New York Knicks vs. Miami Heat game at Madison Square Garden on March 17. The broadcast identified him as a “Former Wrestling Promoter” the show.

This is notable, because Vince McMahon stepped down from his roles at WWE following allegations of sexual misconduct and a lawsuit filed by former WWE employee Janel Grant. He actually retired in 2022, but then came back to usher in the merger of WWE and UFC into TKO Group Holdings. Then he left again for good the next year, only after WWE started losing sponsors.

Janel Grant later filed a lawsuit against Vince McMahon, John Laurinaitis and WWE, alleging sexual assault and trafficking. McMahon resigned from his role as TKO executive chairman and from his position on the publicly traded company’s board of directors. He also unloaded a ton of stock, making it impossible for him to return.

That isn’t the only legal situation going on in Vince McMahon’s world. In January 2025, McMahon reached a settlement with the SEC over hush money agreements. The settlement did not include an admission or denial of the allegations. Meanwhile, the lawsuit filed by Janel Grant remains ongoing, with McMahon denying the allegations.

We will have to see when Vince McMahon pops up next, but you never know what he will do next. He has a ton of money and can take in as many games as he likes. Only time will tell how his lawsuit situation with Janel Grant goes, but we will keep our eye on any new updates here at Ringside News.

Seth Rollins Rips Into CM Punk & Roman Reigns in Fiery WWE RAW Segment

Seth Rollins Rips Into CM Punk & Roman Reigns in Fiery WWE RAW Segment

The March 17 episode of WWE RAW took place at the Forest National in Brussels, Belgium, delivering an intriguing show for fans worldwide. With the event airing live and earlier than usual on Netflix, viewers from different time zones tuned in to catch the action. Among the highlights was Seth Rollins’ appearance, as fans eagerly anticipated seeing the Messiah.

Seth Rollins came out to the Brussels crowd, and they sang his song for a very long time. Once they got settled down, he could get down to business, but the Visionary also encouraged them to sing for a bit longer.

After admitting that he came out to the ring “mad as hell,” Rollins admitted that it’s hard to be mad with the fans singing his song. Then they started chanting for CM Punk, which gave him a reason to get angry.

Seth Rollins addressed Roman Reigns first, and fans chanted for the OTC. He’s not mad that Roman Reigns came for revenge last week, because he would have done the same thing. Rollins said the problem is that he still can’t come up with a plan after all these years.

Then, Seth Rollins called CM Punk “the luckiest loser on the face of the planet,” because he almost beat him in that cage match last week. Rollins said that he will be sure to put Roman Reigns in his place as well, and then he said that both Punk and Reigns will be on SmackDown this week, and he will join them.

Seth Rollins said that the fans in Brussels have been great all night, and he left the ring like a big babyface. He also got fans to sing his song as the segment ended.

Masked Mystery Man Destroys Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee During 3/17 WWE RAW

Masked Mystery Man Destroys Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee During 3/17 WWE RAW

The March 17 episode of WWE RAW was quite an episode in Brussels, Belgium. Fans were hot all night, and that included a segment with quite a surprise in store for them.

After Rey Mysterio’s match this week, he was celebrating, but that was cut short. The WWE Hall of Famer was jumped by the masked American Made luchador.

While Mysterio and Dragon Lee took a beatdown from his masked assailant, Corey Graves and Michael Cole said on commentary that this was certainly Chad Gable under the mask. After all, that was the resounding theory, and the fact that the masked luchador stole a lot of Gable’s moves was also a dead giveaway.

Chad Gable’s storyline also recently saw him in Mexico, as he sought out a solution to his luchador problem. Many believe that this masked storyline was the result of that voyage.

Things took quite a turn last week on RAW when Chad Gable and the masked man were spotted around the same time. That led some to believe that Gable wasn’t under the mask, but we will have to see what happens in this intriguing storyline.

WWE RAW Contract Signing Ends in Chaos as Rhea Ripley Shakes Up WrestleMania Title Match

WWE RAW Contract Signing Ends in Chaos as Rhea Ripley Shakes Up WrestleMania Title Match

The March 17 episode of WWE RAW took place in Brussels, and that was quite a show. The road to WrestleMania is heating up in a big way, and that includes the women’s title picture.

IYO Sky is set to take on Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 41, and the two were in Belgium this week to ink their contract. They did so in the ring with Adam Pearce, but then the unexpected happened.

After IYO Sky and Bianca Belair signed their contract for WrestleMania, Rhea Ripley made her way to the ring, and she wasn’t happy. After all, she still blames Bianca Belair for her losing the WWE Women’s World Title in the first place.

Rhea Ripley upset Bianca Belair and IYO Sky both with her promo, and that caused a fight between the three. Then Rhea Ripley laid Bianca Belair out on the table, which was followed by powerbombing IYO Sky on top of her.

Then Ripley grabbed the WrestleMania contract and she signed it herself. That was quite a twist, and it could end up in a triple threat match at the show of shows.

We will have to see what is next, but Rhea Ripley is still very much a part of the Women’s World Title picture, because she says so. Only time will tell what they book on the road to WrestleMania.

What’s your take on this situation with Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania? Do you think they will book a triple threat match? Let us know what you think in the comments section!

Penta Rejected As New Judgment Day Member During 3/17 WWE RAW

Penta Rejected As New Judgment Day Member During 3/17 WWE RAW

The March 17 episode of WWE RAW took place at the Forest National in Brussels, Belgium, delivering an intriguing show for fans worldwide. The Judgment Day was on hand, and they continued their storyline in an interesting way.

Dominik Mysterio has been trying to get a new member in Judgment Day for a while, but it hasn’t worked. JD McDonagh isn’t around due to injury, and the stable could use more backup. Finn Balor keeps rejecting the idea, but that didn’t stop Dirty Dom from coming up with a name.

During this week’s RAW in Brussels, Dominik Mysterio suggested that they add Penta to their stable. Finn Balor rejected this, but he had a reason for doing so.

This segment came right after Penta beat Ludwig Kaiser in a no holds barred match. Then Penta declared his intention of winning the IC Title. That presents a big problem for Finn Balor, because he has a match against Bron Breakker for the belt tonight.

Finn Balor said that the IC Title was his, and he chastised Dominik Mysterio for suggesting that they bring in someone who is after his title. Then they moved on, with Carlito asking Dominik Mysterio if he watches the show.

We will have to see if Judgment Day eventually gets a new member. It would appear that Penta isn’t the new member at this point.

What’s your take on Penta in WWE and how he’s found a place so far? Let us know what you think in the comments section!

John Cena Disowns WWE Fans in Explosive RAW Promo Before Cody Rhodes Confrontation

John Cena Disowns WWE Fans in Explosive RAW Promo Before Cody Rhodes Confrontation

The Forest National in Brussels, Belgium hosted the March 17 episode of WWE RAW. That was quite an interesting show for a lot of fans, especially since it aired early and live on Netflix from across the world for most fans. It was also notable because John Cena was seen for the first time since his historic heel turn.

At Elimination Chamber 2025, John Cena turned heel after a career’s worth of a babyface run. That was a shocking moment, and it resulted in a WrestleMania match with Cody Rhodes that has the entire world’s attention.

This week on RAW, John Cena was around for the first time. He had little to say about anything after the Elimination Chamber with his epic mic drop moment. Now, he is coming back around to hear from the fans.

During the first segment of WWE RAW this week saw John Cena enter to a chaos of boos. Then a battled in the crowd of “let’s go Cena” and “Cena sucks” chants erupted before he said a word. Then Cena got some “you sold out” chants from the crowd as he teased walking off like he did in the press conference after Elimination Chamber.

John Cena couldn’t even start his promo without getting booed. He said that people shouldn’t have to look outside themselves for approval when they are properly grounded. Then he said that fans are making it so easy for him, because he’s been a victim for 25 years of an abusive relationship. He told fans that they lost their time to talk, which caused them to chant even more. He said all fans have done is bully him into being his puppet, while expecting a smile to stay on his face. That caused “f*ck you Cena” chants to come out of the Brussels crowd. Cena called that chant, “classy.

Then John Cena said he’s not a babyface or a heel, because he is a human being. He said that fans have always been awful to him. He changed himself for the fans, and although it worked for a second, it wasn’t enough. Then he tried to give away everything he could, but it wasn’t enough. That brought out “shut the f*ck up” chants.

The fans then took blame for ruining John Cena’s retirement tour. Then the fans started the “na na na na na na hey Goodbye” chant. Cena said that the fans only take and take and care about themselves. John Cena said fans only asked what they can get out of his retirement tour, and he proclaimed that they get nothing because they have earned nothing.

Fans started to chant for Cody, and John Cena called the American Nightmare the fans’ “brand-new shiny toy.” He said that fans prove how awful they are, even the “let’s go Cena” people. He said that they steal from him, and that’s pathetic. Cena said that those fans only wear hustle, loyalty, and respect, but he lives it every day.

As John Cena broke up with the fans, saying he doesn’t need them, and they don’t matter to him anymore, Cody Rhodes’ music hit. The American Nightmare got in the ring, and fans had even more chants for him.

Cody Rhodes clapped back at John Cena, as he said that fans also gave him their best for 25 years. They did that because he was special, and they believed in him. John Cena tried to say something, as he called Cody a kid, but Rhodes cut him off. Rhodes then said that he wants to wrestle the old Cena at WrestleMania 41, “not this whiney b*tch.” That is when Cody Rhodes tossed his mic down and left the ring. John Cena left a short time later without saying another word, and fans pelted him with the na na na na na goodbye song once again.

We will have to see what the road to WrestleMania looks like from this point on, but this was certainly an impressive 30-minute segment, and a big start to RAW this week.

What’s your take on John Cena’s heel turn? Do you think this was a good idea? Let us know what you think in the comments section!
