El Grande Americano Unmasks Dragon Lee During Debut Match on 3/24 WWE RAW

El Grande Americano Unmasks Dragon Lee During Debut Match on 3/24 WWE RAW

The March 24 episode of WWE RAW aired earlier than usual from Glasgow, Scotland. The OVO Hydro hosted the show, and you never know what can happen when RAW is live.

This week, on WWE RAW, we got a video that gave us some backstory for El Grande Americano. That is when we went backstage, where Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee were not happy at all.

The luchadors questioned what Adam Pearce was doing, and he said it was a hype video for the brand’s newest Superstar, El Grande Americano. Rey Mysterio said that was just Chad Gable, but then Gable came in looking sick, saying it wasn’t him.

Chad Gable presented Adam Pearce with a note from his doctor, because he’s sick. Then he suggested that they fight El Grande Americano instead. This would serve as the new masked man’s first match in WWE.

Later on in the night, Dragon Lee took on El Grande Americano in his “debut match.” He was billed as reigning from the Gulf of America, and fans gave him zero reaction. The match started off with some signature amateur wrestling moves from the new masked man. The two wrestled through a commercial break, as Michael Cole and Pat McAfee continued to sell the El Grande Americano gimmick.

Then El Grande Americano pulled off Dragon Lee’s mask, and he locked on an ankle lock. Eventually, Dragon Lee tapped out while trying to cover his face. This was quite a big win for the newcomer, but Dragon Lee also had a scary moment without his mask.

The Usos Reunite on WWE RAW in Glasgow After Year-Long Split

The Usos Reunite on WWE RAW in Glasgow After Year-Long Split

The March 24 episode of WWE RAW aired earlier than usual from Glasgow, Scotland. The OVO Hydro hosted the event with a strong crowd. Jey Uso was there, and he continued his WrestleMania storyline into the main event against GUNTHER. This week, he had a surprise for fans.

Jey Uso teamed with a mystery partner to face A-Town Down Under, Austin Theory and Grayson Waller. Recent promos have focused on Penta’s brother, Fenix, which did present a new option. Since those promos aired on SmackDown, the big reveal in Glasgow remained uncertain.

This was the first match of the night, and it took place right after John Cena promised to ruin pro wrestling during his intense opening segment. Then fans found out pretty quickly who was Jey’s partner.

Jimmy Uso came out alongside his twin brother Jey Uso. This was a big moment as it saw the Usos reunite for the first time in a year and a half at Money in the Bank 2023 in London, with their last match against Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa. They are one of the best tag teams in the history of pro wrestling, so A-Town Down Under had quite an obstacle in front of him. Needless to say, fans in Glasgow were elated to see the shoo-in WWE Hall of Fame tag team come out together.

After Jimmy Uso owned the first part of the match, they went to commercial break. A-Town Down Under eventually isolated Jimmy Uso, and they kept that pressure on him. Fans cheered for Jey Uso to get the tag, but they kept pulling Jimmy back into the assault. Finally, Jimmy was able to hit a Samoan Drop and get the hot tag to Jey Uso.

Eventually, Jimmy Uso hit a superkick on Grayson Waller, and then Jey Uso nailed a spear on him. That was followed by a 1D on Austin Theory for the win. Then GUNTHER jumped in the ring and tried to beat Jey Uso down, but the Usos were able to fight him off. The World Champion was then able to isolate Jey Uso, but the beatdown didn’t last long. GUNTHER ended up scrambling away after Jimmy Uso ran in with a steel chair.

Jey Uso won the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble match, and he has a match against GUNTER ahead of him at WrestleMania 41. Only time will tell how that pans out, but his reunion with Jimmy Uso was certainly a big surprise on the road to the show of shows.

John Cena Vows to Retire as Champion and Erase Ric Flair’s Legacy on RAW

John Cena Vows to Retire as Champion and Erase Ric Flair’s Legacy on RAW

The March 24 episode of WWE RAW aired a bit earlier than usual this week, because it went down in Glasgow, Scotland. The OVO Hydro was packed full of WWE fans, and they got quite a show.

John Cena’s heel turn at Elimination Chamber 2025 was a shocking and historic moment in WWE history. Last week on RAW, Cena had a chance to vent toward fans, and this week they carried on that storyline.

With Cody Rhodes and John Cena being in the same building for RAW this week, anything was possible. Then John Cena’s music kicked off the episode of RAW, and fans in Scotland booed him relentlessly. Cena started off his promo by asking if there was something that fans wanted to say to him. He was booed and then declared that nobody is safe, even his youngest fans.

Fans chanted “f*ck you, Cena!” and Netflix did the best they could to censor it, but it didn’t work. Cena then chastised the fans’ profanity, because they are “all horrible people.”

John Cena said he’s been paying attention while fans were chanting profanities. He has been testing, quizzing, and rewarding them for playing along, and in doing so fans told him everything about them. “You know nothing about me, I know more about you than you,” Cena said. He said that “this is the best you’re gonna get, this is all you have, but for me, you’ve been nothing more to me than an experiment, you’ve been rats in a cage.” He then said he learned so much about fans throughout his career.

He said that fans “desperately want to matter.” He then called the WWE spinner title the best idea he ever had, and they ate him alive back then. John Cena said that he is going to ruin wrestling for every fan, wrestler, and everyone else. He will make history at WrestleMania 41 by winning his 17th championship, and he will force people to forget about Ric Flair, and they will forever say Cena’s name instead. Then he said he will win the championship and retire with it, to take it home with him, because “the real one comes home with me.”

John Cena proclaimed that he will be the last real champion in WWE. He said revenge is best served cold, and he will rip the fans’ hearts out, and walk away with the memories, traditions, and dreams. After he said that there is nothing he can do to stop him, Cody Rhodes’ music hit.

Cody Rhodes got in the ring and soaked in the chants from fans. Cody started out by saying that Cena needs to take the title from him first. Then Cody said that Cena made a mistake by saying what he just said. The two had a stand-off while fans chanted and the drone camera took in the Glasgow crowd.

The American Nightmare called John Cena’s vanity, and then he told Cena that he’ll give him the opportunity to take the title right then and there. There was an intense stare-down and then John Cena left the ring. Cody then called Cena out on the microphone as he left, which caused Cena to turn around and walk halfway back, but then he turned to leave again as fans booed him on.

Cody Rhodes seemed ready for a fight in Scotland, but it didn’t happen. We will have to see how things progress on the road to WrestleMania 41.

What’s your take on John Cena and Cody Rhodes’ WrestleMania 41 storyline? Let us know what you think in the comments section!

The March 21 episode of WWE SmackDown went down in the Unipol Arena in Bologna, Italy. The show aired live, but fans in the USA had to watch it delayed. Some fans who caught the broadcast live had their first look at Jade Cargill’s bold new look.

Jade Cargill is a bona fide WWE Superstar at this point, and everything she does draws attention. She showed up on SmackDown this week, and fans had a lot to say. Her hair also drew a considerable response.

Jade Cargill debuted a new look this week, with her hair much shorter. While fans in Italy praised her presence, it wasn’t an overwhelming win for all fans. During this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, some fans took to Twitter to comment on Jade Cargill’s new short hair. User ChanMan tweeted, “I’m loving the Dominik Mysterio inspired hair by Jade Cargill! #SmackDown.”

Another user, The Spideo, tweeted, “@Jade_Cargill you look great queen but seriously wtf is that hair.” Cargill’s short, white hair was certainly a choice, and some fans may not have been feeling it. She still pulled off quite a performance on SmackDown this week.

After a hard-fought match, Jade Cargill lost to Liv Morgan. Then Naomi jumped in the ring and beat her down a bit as fans booed her on. Their story is far from finished. We will have to see what’s next, but Cargill’s hair certainly captured some attention this week.

Some fans did up a Mona Lisa mash-up with Liv Morgan. They printed it out on a giant graphic and brought it to SmackDown this week. Naturally, others paid attention to this bold move.

The Mona Liva caused some fans to literally get down on their knees and worship the sight of this painting. Obviously, Liv Morgan is a fan favorite in Italy.

Leonardo da Vinci would be proud of this mash-up. It was one very unique piece of fan art, to say the least.

Jon Moxley Survives Violent Battle Against Adam Copeland to Retain AEW Title

Jon Moxley Survives Violent Battle Against Adam Copeland to Retain AEW Title

The March 19 episode of AEW Dynamite was quite a show for the company. The Liberty First Credit Union Arena in Omaha, Nebraska saw quite a Dynamite this week. That included a rare World Title match.

During this week’s AEW Dynamite, Jon Moxley defended the AEW World Championship against Cope in a Street Fight. The intense showdown promises to deliver chaos as Moxley puts his title on the line.

This match went on the third of the night, which stacked the first half of the show in a huge way. The AEW World Title match went on after Mercedes Mone retained the TBS Title.

It was certainly an interesting decision as this match started at the 9:00 PM EST hour, making it dead in the middle of the show. Fans were still more than ready for the match to go down.

This match got started during the entrance as Adam Copeland jumped Jon Moxley during his entrance music. We never heard the Rated R Superstar’s entrance as he and Moxley battled backstage in a truck to start off the match. Then things spilled out onto the concrete floor backstage. They kept fighting as the two brawled down a hallway that led to the arena.

When they finally got to the arena, the two brawled all over the ringside area. The street fight was brutal as neither side wanted to give the other any leeway. Then they ended up going through the crowd again as the match continued, which resulted in them eventually returning to ringside as they brawled around the building.

This contest stretched through a commercial break as Mox and Cope continued beating each other in picture-in-picture. Neither man went for a pinfall, as they were only softening up their opponents. When we returned from break, Mox was trying to choke out Cope with a chair in the middle of the ring.

Cope was able to stop Mox from breaking his neck, and they ended up on the top rope, where the former Edge hit the former Dean Ambrose with a superplex. Prince Nana was then seen backstage watching this match, as Swerve Strickland will take on the AEW World Champion at Dynasty.

Then Adam Copeland pulled out Spike, the board with nails in it, from underneath the ring. However, Mox stopped Cope from hitting him with it as he nailed a quick cutter on the WWE Hall of Famer. Then Moxley set up a table that he got from under the ring. He then placed the table against a turnbuckles in the ring. Cope got up and he nailed Mox with Spike in the abs and again across the back. Then he put Spike on the ground and nailed a suplex on Mox on the nails, which stuck in his back. That was very graphic and Mox bled a lot from those puncture wounds after Wheeler Yuta helped take the weapon out of his skin.

Wheeler Yuta jumped in the ring and hit a Psycho Knee on Cope. Then Cope sent Yuta through a table at ringside and Claudio jumped Cope to knock him down at ringside. FTR ran down to help Cope out as well as they nailed everyone of the heels with moves.

The match continued as Mox got to his feet and Cope speared him through the table. Marina Shafir was able to jump in the ring to break up that pinfall, and then Willow Nightingale jumped in the ring to take out Shafir. This match was pure chaos.

Nick Wayne jumped in the ring next to nail a cutter on Cope, and then Mox nailed a Death Rider on Cope to secure the pinfall. This was a brutal match, but Jon Moxley was able to leave with his title.

What’s your take on the AEW World Title picture? Will Swerve Strickland win the title back? Let us know what you think in the comments section!

Mercedes Mone Retains TBS Title After Hard-Fought Match During 3/19 AEW Dynamite

The March 19 episode of AEW Dynamite took place at Liberty First Credit Union Arena in Omaha, NE. Fans were ready for anything, and that is what they got this week.

This week on AEW Dynamite, Mercedes Moné defended the TBS Championship against Billie Starkz. This was quite an opportunity for the younger Starkz.

The TBS Title match went on second of the night this week, right after the controversial finish that determined Kenny Omega’s challenger at AEW Dynasty. This contest also received a big fight feel with the pre-match introductions from Justin Roberts.

Although Mercedes Mone maintained control early on, Billie Starkz was able to gain control after a couple of dives to the outside. Fans chanted for Starkz as she nailed a senton on Mone off the top for a near fall.

This battle stretched through a commercial break, as the action continued in picture-in-picture. During the break, Mone hammered on Starkz as the challenger sold for the champion. When we returned from break, Starkz was kicking out of a pinfall attempt after taking a punishing move.

Billie Starkz was having her 500th career match with this contest, and she gave it her all. In the end, the finish came after Mercedes was able to lock in the Statement Maker and get a tap out.

We will have to see what’s next for the TBS Title picture. Only time will tell what Tony Khan will book in the future, especially with Mercedes Mone walking around with four titles.

Controversial Decision Determines Kenny Omega's Dynasty Opponent During 3/19 AEW Dynamite

The March 19 episode of AEW Dynamite was quite a show for the company. You never know what AEW will do to shape their future, and now we know who will take on Kenny Omega for his title next.

The International Championship Eliminator Tournament concluded with a four-way match featuring Orange Cassidy, Mark Davis, Ricochet, and Mike Bailey. The competitors battled it out to determine who would earn the right to challenge Kenny Omega for the AEW International Championship at Dynasty next month.

The Liberty First Credit Union Arena in Omaha, NE was hot for this match, which opened up the show this week. This was quite a match, with everyone trying hard to steal the spotlight, because a great opportunity at Dynasty on April 6 was on the line.

The four battled intensely, and it stretched through a commercial break. Although fans reacted to everyone in the match, Ricochet was the biggest heel in the contest. Fans were also very much behind everything that Orange Cassidy did in the ring.

Speedball Mike Bailey almost had a pinfall on Orange Cassidy at one point, but Mark Davis pulled him out of the ring. Then Ricochet nailed a shooting star press on Freshly Squeezed for a near fall. The match continued, with each man fighting hard to keep the match going.

The finish finally came after Speedball Mike Bailey pinned Mark Davis, but then Ricochet came from behind and pinned Bailey. The referee counted to three, and then Bailey and Ricochet both wanted their hand raised. Fans chanted for Speedball, and this was a controversial decision, but Speedball Mike Bailey and Ricochet were both declared the winner. Now, they will both face Omega at the pay-per-view.

Kenny Omega won the International Title at Revolution 2025. That was a big singles title win for The Cleaner. Now we know who will face him next at Dynasty.

Stephanie Vaquer’s First Challenge as NXT Double Champion Sparks Chaos

The March 18 episode of NXT was quite an episode. They had a lot to take care of, and that included a big segment for the women’s division.

Stephanie Vaquer walked out of NXT Roadblock as a double champion in NXT. The new NXT Women’s and NXT Women’s North American Champion was on hand for NXT this week.

Stephanie Vaquer was able to make her first mark as a double champion in NXT during the second segment of the show this week. This came right after Chelsea Green’s Women’s United States Title defense against Sol Ruca.

The Dark Angel brought a great reaction from fans as she made her way out to the ring. After taking in the reception from fans, she had a chance to speak. Vaquer admitted that English isn’t her first language, but wrestling is her first language. She also said she selected to go to NXT to make history to make it the best women’s division on the planet.

Stephanie Vaquer then said she’s waiting for her first opponent, and that is when Jordynne Grace stepped out as she rocked a bold look. Grace said she beat Roxanne Perez last week, but she didn’t get much of a chance to speak, as Jaida Parker bulldozed her. Parker made it clear that the line starts behind her.

Jaida Parker said she’s not waiting until Stand & Deliver, because she’s taking her shot tonight. She told Stephanie Vaquer to enjoy her time in the sun, because it won’t last long. That is when she make it clear that she is staring her in the eyes to make it clear that she wants a shot.

We will have to see what’s next, but there is no shortage of interest in who will face Stephanie Vaquer next. Only time will tell how long she carries both of those titles.
