Tatum Paxley Receives a Doll from Lyra Valkyria During September 30 WWE NXT Segment

Lyra Valkyria made a surprise appearance on NXT on September 30, rekindling her unusual bond with Tatum Paxley in a brief but emotional reunion.

The moment came during a segment featuring Je’Von Evans, TNA X-Division Champion Leon Slater, and The Culling—Shawn Spears, Niko Vance, Izzi Dame, and Paxley. As tensions swirled around the group, Valkyria appeared and stepped right up to her former tag partner. Without saying a word, she handed Paxley a doll, echoing the strange yet compelling dynamic the two once shared in NXT.

Fans may remember Valkyria stepping in for Tiffany Stratton at the NXT Homecoming special, where she teamed with Rhea Ripley and WWE Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer to defeat Fatal Influence. Now back on Monday Night Raw, Valkyria is about to step back into the spotlight in a big way.

She’s scheduled to face Roxanne Perez on the October 6 episode of Raw, continuing her upward trajectory on the red brand.

Are you excited to see Valkyria and Paxley reconnect? Should WWE explore their twisted alliance again on the main roster? Drop your thoughts in the comments below.

Becky Lynch Shows Off Brutal Back Bruise After Vicious Kendo Stick Attack from Lyra Valkyria on WWE RAW

Becky Lynch Shows Off Brutal Back Bruise After Vicious Kendo Stick Attack from Lyra Valkyria on WWE RAW

Things are heating up fast between Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria heading into SummerSlam, and now Lynch has shown fans just how real things got during RAW.

On the July 28 edition of WWE RAW, Lyra Valkyria snapped. After delivering a promo about becoming the first-ever two-time Women’s Intercontinental Champion, she ambushed Becky Lynch with a brutal kendo stick assault. The confrontation ended with Lynch escaping the ring looking visibly furious—but now we know just how painful that attack really was.

Becky Lynch took to Instagram after the incdient and dropped a photo of her back covered in deep red welts and bruising. Alongside the shot, Lynch wrote:

“Totally unprovoked attack! LYRA HAS TOTALLY LOST IT. We cannot have this CRAZY BIRDLADY representing the intercontinental title! AND SHE WON’T!”

The attack was triggered by events from the previous week, when Lynch cost Valkyria and Bayley the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles. On this week’s RAW, Valkyria made her intent crystal clear—she wants revenge and gold.

Standing alone in the ring, Valkyria told the crowd that SummerSlam was only days away and declared she was wearing her “Becky Stoppers.” She warned Lynch that she’d go to a place she’s never gone to before in order to reclaim the Intercontinental Championship. Before Lynch could respond, Valkyria struck first—dropping her with a mid-rope dropkick, snatching the kendo stick, and laying into Lynch without hesitation.

With emotions boiling and bodies bruised, this feud is far from over. The SummerSlam showdown is shaping up to be one of the most personal clashes on the card.

Lyra Valkyria Chases Down Becky Lynch for Ramp Brawl on WWE RAW

Lyra Valkyria Chases Down Becky Lynch for Ramp Brawl on WWE RAW

The June 2, 2025, episode of WWE RAW took place at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The show served as the final episode before Money in the Bank.

Lyra Valkyria had a live segment this week on RAW to address Becky Lynch. The two will throw down at Money in the Bank with the Women’s IC Title on the line.

The WWE Women’s IC Champion had a chance to cut a promo during RAW’s second hour this week. Lyra Valkyria had a lot to say, and she needed to get fans invested in her upcoming title defense. She immediately addressed Becky Lynch’s promo that she cut from the back, where she invited The Man to join her.

Lyra didn’t let Becky talk, because she already spoke her piece. Then Lyra said that The Man’s downfall needs to be studied. She said that nobody has hurt her like Lynch did, but all she did was “unlock the side of me that is capable in beating you.” Lyra intends to get a third win against Becky Lynch at Money in the Bank, and she was very confident.

Becky Lynch said that the only thing that is poisoned is Lyra’s perspective. The Man said that all she wanted to do was make Lyra better, and now all Lyra will have to do is raise her hand at Money in the Bank.

Lyra wanted to fight Becky in Tulsa, but The Man walked away. Then Lyra chased Lynch up the ramp and they brawled a bit before WWE officials could break them up.

The history between Lyra Valkyria and Becky Lynch is well documented. The two met in NXT, and now they have a fierce feud on the WWE main roster. Money in the Bank will take place on Saturday, June 7 at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. It will be quite a night, and we will have full coverage here at Ringside News.

What’s your take on how the Women’s IC Title match will turn out at Money in the Bank? Do you expect to see Becky Lynch win the title? Let us know what you think in the comments section!

Lyra Valkyria’s Real-Life Fiancé Trains With CM Punk

Lyra Valkyria’s Real-Life Fiancé Trains With CM Punk

Lyra Valkyria’s real-life fiancé, Irish indie standout LJ Cleary, just had what he called an “honor”—stepping into the ring with none other than CM Punk.

Cleary took to X/Twitter on Wednesday to share a snapshot of himself alongside the former WWE Champion after training together at The Foundation of Professional Wrestling, run by Ace Steel. The timing is interesting, especially given both Valkyria and Punk are neck-deep in headline-level WWE feuds over on RAW.

“Extremely cool to have the honor of training with CM Punk at The Foundation last night! Thank you for the knowledge!” Cleary wrote. “Ace Steel provides one of the absolute best environments I’ve been part of to produce top quality Pro Wrestlers! BITW 🤝 MVP.”

Cleary has been steadily gaining attention in the indie scene, and this shoutout to Punk—who has been working with rising stars at Steel’s camp during downtime from TV—adds some serious shine. Punk, for his part, is currently battling it out with Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman on WWE RAW. Valkyria, meanwhile, is locked in a bitter feud with Becky Lynch, after costing “The Man” her spot in the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

Cleary was also front row at WWE Backlash to support Valkyria as she successfully defended her WWE Women’s Intercontinental Title against Lynch. After the match, Becky even taunted Cleary, drawing him further into the storyline mix.

WWE’s power couples don’t always spill over into the spotlight—but Cleary’s recent session with Punk may have fans paying a lot more attention to who’s standing in Valkyria’s corner.

Lyra Valkyria’s Ringside Distraction Helps Roxanne Perez Secure Money in the Bank Spot

Lyra Valkyria’s Ringside Distraction Helps Roxanne Perez Secure Money in the Bank Spot

The May 19 episode of WWE RAW took place at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina. The show continued the lead-up to the upcoming Money in the Bank event.

On the May 16 episode of WWE SmackDown, Alexa Bliss secured the first spot in the Women’s Money in the Bank match. More qualifying matches were held on RAW to fill the remaining spots. The red brand will start their men’s qualifying matches next week.

The first women’s qualifier of the night saw Roxanne Perez vs. Natalya vs. Becky Lynch. This match was a fierce one, and it spanned through a commercial break.

Roxanne Perez was looking to make a big statement after getting called up to the RAW brand. Naturally, Becky Lynch and Natalya were willing to do anything to stop The Prodigy. She even kicked out of Lynch’s Manhandle Slam.

Roxanne Perez almost had the win with a Pop Rocks on Natalya and a German Suplex on Becky Lynch, but The Man was able to break up the pinfall. These three put each other to the test this week, but there could only be one winner to qualify for the women’s Money in the Bank match.

The match included a double Sharpshooter by Natalya, but that didn’t get her the win. Lyra Valkyria showed up to fight Becky Lynch at ringside to distract her. That allowed Roxanne Perez to nail a Pop Rocks on Natalya to win the match and clinch her spot at Money in the Bank.

WWE Money in the Bank 2025 is set for Saturday, June 7, at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. This will also be the 16th installment in the Money in the Bank saga of premium live events. Only time will tell what WWE does to get fans talking.

Who do you think will win the 2025 Women’s Money in the Bank match? Let us know what your predictions are in the comments section!
