Stephanie Vaquer Qualifies For Women's Money in the Bank During 6/2 WWE RAW

WWE RAW’s June 2, 2025, episode went down at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This was a big night as the company wrapped things up before Money in the Bank.

Money in the Bank is coming up this Saturday, and things are heating up in a big way. On RAW this week, Liv Morgan vs. Stephanie Vaquer vs. Ivy Nile went down for the red brand’s final qualifying match.

This match kicked off the show as the first contest of the night. It came after CM Punk opened up the show with a stirring promo about winning Money in the Bank. Before the match, Stephanie Vaquer received a nice hype video.

This match included a lot of hard-hitting action as everyone in the contest tried hard to steal the spotlight. Vaquer got to nail a Devil’s Kiss move, which brought up how much Booker T used to love seeing that move in person.

This match stretched through a commercial break as they all competed to clinch the final Money in the Bank spot. Ivy Nile was able to show off her power as she pulled off a powerbomb off Vaquer’s superplex on Morgan. Then there was a two-count and the match carried on.

Later on, Liv Morgan nailed a double Code Breaker for a near fall. Then the match continued as Morgan hit an Oblivion on Vaquer, buy Ivy pulled her off and tried for the pin before Stephanie kicked out. Suddenly, Vaquer landed the SVB on Ivy Nile to get the win and clinch the final women’s Money in the Bank spot.

It was previously reported that Stephanie Vaquer was being discussed for Money in the Bank. That calls her Worlds Collide status into question, but we will have to see how that pans out.

On the May 16 episode of WWE SmackDown, Alexa Bliss secured the first spot in the Women’s Money in the Bank match. Roxanne Perez went on to win a triple threat match this week on RAW to earn a spot in the match. Rhea Ripley and Giulia also punched their ticket to Money in the Bank. Naomi also clinched a spot in the women’s ladder match during the May 30 episode of WWE SmackDown.

Money in the Bank will take place on Saturday, June 7 at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. It will be quite a night, and we will have full coverage here at Ringside News.

Liv Morgan & Dominik Mysterio Featured On Kiss Cam During Netflix Tudum

WWE Superstars have a lot of eyes on them, especially Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio.

Netflix’s Tudum event was quite a show. They included some great trailers and sneak peeks on what is to come on Netflix. From Stranger Things to Guillermo Del Toro’s upcoming Frankenstein film, they certainly included a lot of big entertainment news. Of course, WWE was also in the mix.

During the Tudum event, WWE got the stage as they introduced the upcoming One Piece season two trailer. In the process, CM Punk had to break up a possible fight between Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley.

Later on in the show, they were promoting the show Love is Blind with a Kiss Cam. They went to a few couples in the crowd, including Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio. The two locked lips for a brief kiss on the lips. However, the host of the segment wanted more.

Dirty Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan did not give her what she asked for, instead, Dom kept chomping on his gum as the segment continued. Then Abbey and David from Love on the Spectrum had a chance to kiss on camera, and they took full advantage of that.

We will have to see what Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio get into next. Whatever it is, PDA migth not be their thing.

CM Punk Breaks Up Confrontation Between Liv Morgan & Rhea Ripley At Netflix Tudum

WWE has a massive deal with Netflix. That decade-long arrangement will also see WWE share the stage with the biggest stars on the massive streaming giant. During Tudum, WWE had a chance to steal the spotlight.

Rhea Ripley, CM Punk, The New Day, Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez and Dominik Mysterio were all on hand for Tudum. They had a chance to get on the stage and talk about the upcoming WWE Unreal series. That wasn’t all they had in store.

During their time on stage, Liv Morgan upset Rhea Ripley by reminding her how she stole Dirty Dominik from her. Then Rhea got in Liv’s face, but CM Punk had to break them up and carry on with the segment. Then they introduced the trailer for One Piece season two.

Netflix’s Tudum event was a big deal, and they also gave a massive spotlight to WWE. The fact that they got to introduce the live action One Piece trailer was also a key spot on the show.

We will have to see if Rhea Ripley is able to get her title back. In the meantime, it looks like CM Punk will have to play mediator whenever he can.

Cody Rhodes Tells Logan Paul to ‘Go Back and Polish John Cena’s Peacemaker’ Before SmackDown Erupts

Cody Rhodes Tells Logan Paul to ‘Go Back and Polish John Cena’s Peacemaker’ Before SmackDown Erupts

The May 30 episode of WWE SmackDown went down at the Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville, Tennessee. That was a big night for the blue brand, and John Cena was in the house.

John Cena’s Undisputed World Title reign has carried on, and that resulted in Cody Rhodes’ shocking return during Saturday Night’s Main Event. This week on SmackDown, the two forces had a chance to share the ring.

This segment closed out the show on SmackDown. Fans in Knoxville sang Cody Rhodes’ entrance music at the top of their lungs, and he got his full entrance. Fans were very excited to see the American Nightmare, and they even stole the UK’s “Cody Rhodes” soccer chant to hype him up before he started.

Cody Rhodes walked fans through his thought process, and how he thought about so much in the time he was away after WrestleMania 41. Then he introduced his Money in the Bank partner, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso. Fans yeeted for a long time after that, and then Jey had another round of yeeting.

Then John Cena’s music interrupted the yeeting. He came out to call Cody and Jey “professional wrestling’s biggest wannabes.” He called them both John Cena wannabes. He said they wanna be him so bad it makes him sick. He said that Cody is too desperate and Jey is too lazy. Then John Cena said that Logan Paul embodies hustle, loyalty, and respect. That is when Cena surprised everyone with his Money in the Bank partner.

Logan Paul came out after that as fans booed him out of the building. John Cena put Logan Paul over as a great pro wrestler, and someone who fans are coming to see. Fans booed Logan out of the building after that, and The Maverick had a chance to grab the microphone to say that he could walk on water, but fans would mock him for not knowing how to swim.

Logan Paul had a chance to drag the 14,000 plus fans in Knoxville. They chanted “shut the f*ck up” in return. Paul simply called them ungrateful, but he also believes he should be WWE World Heavyweight Champion. He told Jey that he got lucky, and everyone knows it. Logan called Cody and Jey “nepo babies” and John Cena and himself “self-made men.”

Paul then said that Cena is the last real champion, but his time is up. Next, it will be Logan Paul as the future of the company. Jey Uso suggested that they don’t wait until Money in the Bank. Logan and John then had a bit of a disagreement about fighting them, and then Cody asked Logan if he was going to go back and “polish Cena’s peacemaker.” At that point, a brawl erupted. That all ended with Logan Paul eating a Superkick and a Cody Cutter to close out the show.

We will keep a close eye on this story for more updates. John Cena’s final run in WWE has certainly been notable, and the 17-time champion is still going strong in his heel run.

What’s your take on John Cena’s retirement run in WWE so far? Is it everything you hoped for? Let us know what you think in the comments section!

Andrade Pulls Off Shocking Win To Snag Men’s Money in the Bank Spot

Andrade Pulls Off Shocking Win To Snag Men's Money in the Bank Spot

The May 30 episode of WWE SmackDown went down at the Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville, Tennessee. With Money in the Bank on the horizon, they needed to figure out another competitor in the Men’s ladder match.

During this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, a Men’s Money in the Bank qualifying match took place featuring Andrade, Jacob Fatu, and Carmelo Hayes.

The Miz came out with Hayes, but Jacob Fatu came out alone. Right before this match, Damian Priest cut a promo where he called out Fatu for the U.S. Title. This contest’s placement on the card helped facilitate a face-to-face with Priest and Fatu.

This match went through a commercial break as Jacob Fatu took out Andrade and then he demolished The Miz to take him out with a hip attack on the barricade for good measure.

When we came back from commercial break, all three men were laying in the offense, hoping to gain an advantage. The Miz was also carted to the back for medical attention, so he was no longer a factor in the match. Fans chanted “This is awesome” as the contest continued.

Hayes and Andrade were able to take Fatu out of the match, but that wasn’t the last we heard from him. As Carmelo Hayes and Andrade fought on in front of over 14,000 fans in Knoxville, their battle spilled to the ringside area. That is where Fatu jumped in and took over, but he put himself through the timekeeper’s barricade as The Miz and Hayes moved. Fans chanted “holy sh*t” as they cut to another commercial.

When they returned from commercial, Fatu was able to throw Andrade and Hayes off the top rope. Then he nailed a swanton on Hayes for a two count that Andrade broke up. Solo Sikoa and JC Mateo made their way down after that as the match continued.

In the end, Solo Sikoa distracted the referee when he could have been counting for Jacob Fatu after he nailed a moonsault on Andrade. Then Jimmy Uso jumped Mateo and ran him off. This gave Andrade the chance to hit The Message on Hayes to win the match and claim a spot at Money in the Bank.

During the May 16 episode of WWE SmackDown, we saw Solo Sikoa clinch the first spot in the Men’s Money in the Bank match. LA Knight also qualified for the Money in the Bank match during May 23 SmackDown. Penta and Seth Rollins also punched their ticket to Money in the Bank.

We will keep a close eye on this situation, because you never know what kind of surprises Triple H and company has in store for fans. Money in the Bank will certainly be a big night. Money in the Bank will take place on Saturday, June 7 at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.

Wyatt Sicks Hijack Broadcast with Threatening Message During 5/30 WWE SmackDown

Wyatt Sicks Hijack Broadcast with Threatening Message During 5/30 WWE SmackDown

The Wyatt Sicks are officially unleashing chaos across both brands—and they made that painfully clear on the May 30 episode of WWE SmackDown from the Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Uncle Howdy, Joe Gacy, Erick Rowan, Dexter Lumis, and Nikki Cross didn’t just show up—they stormed the show and took out every major team in the tag team division. The attack was brutal, calculated, and served as a warning: this group isn’t here to blend in. They’re here to take over.

Later in the night, the madness returned when the Wyatt Sicks hijacked the broadcast once again. A chilling message from Uncle Howdy aired mid-show, with him declaring, “We won’t stop until we get what’s owed.” The target was clear—SmackDown’s tag team titles.

For months, WWE dropped cryptic teasers about the Wyatt Sicks, building anticipation for their arrival. Now that they’ve made their full presence felt, it’s obvious they’re not playing games. And if this week’s ambush is any sign of what’s next, the entire tag team scene is on notice.

The stable first brought their chaos to RAW, but now that they’ve crossed over to SmackDown, it’s evident they’re planning a complete takeover. Their twisted brand of guerrilla promos and sudden interruptions doesn’t look to be slowing down anytime soon.

Love them or fear them, the Wyatt Sicks aren’t backing down. With their eyes locked on tag team gold, expect more destruction until they get what they came for.

Are the Wyatt Sicks the future of WWE’s tag team division, or will someone finally step up and stop them? Drop your thoughts in the comments—we want to know what you think.

Wyatt Sicks Return to SmackDown and Wipe Out Tag Teams in Chaotic Segment

Wyatt Sicks Return to SmackDown and Wipe Out Tag Teams in Chaotic Segment

The May 30 episode of WWE SmackDown went down at the Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville, Tennessee. You never know what the Wyatt Sicks will do next, and that was very true tonight.

This week on SmackDown, The Street Profits came out to cut a promo in Knoxville. This segment kicked off the top of the hour.

Then the Motor City Machine Guns came out to stake their claim to the titles. Fraxiom joined the fray, and Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa came out, with Candice LeRae cutting a promo for them. Everyone mentioned the Wyatt Sicks, as they returned last week to ruin the main event.

The lights went down after that, and the Wyatt Sicks showed up. Then the Wyatt Sicks ran everyone off. Nikki Cross also jumped Candice LeRae at ringside. That sent quite a message as the faction formed from the ideas of Bray Wyatt were able to dominate this week.

We will keep a close eye on the situation as Money in the Bank comes closer. You never know what WWE will throw at fans in the meantime. Money in the Bank will take place on Saturday, June 7 at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. Only time will tell if a title match at Money in the Bank comes from this.

JC Mateo Debuts New Entrance Music During 5/30 WWE SmackDown

JC Mateo Debuts New Entrance Music During 5/30 WWE SmackDown

The May 30 episode of WWE SmackDown went down at the Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville, Tennessee. That was also a big night for JC Mateo.

This week’s SmackDown saw JC Mateo and R-Truth have a bit of a backstage confrontation. This led to a match between the two later on.

When that contest came around, R-Truth got his usual rapping entrance. Then JC Mateo came out with Solo Sikoa alongside him. Mateo also had brand-new music and an entrance package.

This included a volcano video to kick things off. Then JC Mateo came out with an entrance track to pump up fans and let everyone know what kind of threat he is. In the end, Mateo beat R-Truth in quick fashion, although Truth did get to pull off a 5-Knuckle Shuffle.

The first time JC Mateo competed in singles action, he used Solo Sikoa’s music. Now he has his own entrance in WWE. Odds are fans will see and hear that entrance a lot more in the months to come.

Only time will tell what is next for JC Mateo in WWE. The company tried very hard to get Jeff Cobb for years, and he took his time. Now he is in WWE and finally able to give Superstars a Tour of the Islands.

Naomi Advances to Women’s Money in the Bank After Stealing Win on SmackDown

The May 30 episode of WWE SmackDown went down at the Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville, Tennessee. They also added another woman to the 2025 Money in the Bank ladder match.

During this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, a Women’s Money in the Bank qualifying match took place featuring Jade Cargill, Nia Jax, and Naomi. The three Superstars competed for a chance to earn a spot in the upcoming Money in the Bank ladder match.

This match was the first of the night in Knoxville. It came right after Bianca Belair opened up the show and Naomi revealed she broke into her parents’ home.

After a commercial break, the three women were all trying hard to gain an advantage. Naomi had an early upperhand, but that didn’t last long. Eventually, she ate a leg drop from the top rope from Nia Jax for a near fall as Jade Cargill sold her injuries outside the ring.

As the three fought on, the show went to another commercial break. When we got back from commercial, Jade Cargill started to rally on her opponents, which she capped off with a spinebuster for a near fall. She also nailed a Jaded on Naomi, but Nia Jax was able to break up that pin.

Nia Jax got Naomi on her shoulders and she climbed up for a Super Samoan Drop. Then Jade came in with a splash on Jax for a near fall. In the end, Nia Jax nailed a splash on Jade Cargill and Naomi rolled her up for the pinfall to advance to Money in the Bank.

Bianca Belair Snaps After Naomi Says She Broke Into Her Parents’ Home

Bianca Belair Snaps After Naomi Says She Broke Into Her Parents’ Home

The May 30 episode of WWE SmackDown got off to an explosive start in Knoxville, Tennessee, when Bianca Belair opened the show to a raucous crowd. The EST of WWE made her return to the ring, and fans were eager to see her back in action, even if she’s not at 100%.

During her segment, Belair, who was wearing a brace on her fingers, addressed the crowd, revealing that she’s not yet fully healed but is determined to return to the ring. Bianca promised the Knoxville crowd that when she does, she’ll prove once again why she’s the EST of WWE.

However, the mood quickly shifted when Naomi walked out to challenge Belair. Naomi stirred up some serious drama when she revealed that she had broken into Belair’s parents’ house earlier that day. She claimed that she let herself in after nobody answered the door, and even went on to reminisce about their time as tag team champions.

Belair didn’t take too kindly to Naomi’s actions, firing back by warning Naomi that if she ever stepped foot in her family’s house again, what Jade Cargill did to her at WrestleMania 41 would look like nothing. Naomi then retorted by threatening Belair’s family, saying it would be a bad look for her and her mom to end up in a wheelchair.

The drama took another turn when Jade Cargill’s music hit, and she made her way to the ring. Naomi tried to square off with Cargill but got caught with a pump kick. As Cargill and Belair shared a tense stare-down, Nia Jax made her entrance, setting the stage for their women’s Money in the Bank qualifier.

This shocking invasion of Belair’s family home by Naomi has certainly added fuel to the fire for what promises to be an intense and emotional rivalry. What do you think about Naomi’s actions? Is it a step too far, or just part of the mind games? Let us know in the comments below!

Mercedes Mone Declares She Is No Longer The Boss During 5/28 AEW Dynamite

Mercedes Mone Declares She Is No Longer The Boss During 5/28 AEW Dynamite

The May 28 episode of AEW Dynamite featured a face-to-face segment between Mercedes Moné and Toni Storm. This encounter followed Moné’s victory in the 2025 Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament, which secured her a title match.

With their AEW Women’s World Championship bout now set for AEW All In, the two were bound to have a face-to-face on AEW television. Moné and Storm confronted each other in the ring as the road to AEW’s next major event started.

Mercedes Mone got the microphone as the main event segment of the night. She proclaimed that she’s the greatest RevPro and TBS Champion ever, and now she’s the Owen Hart Foundation tournament champion. She also name-dropped Eddie Guerrero, saying that they don’t compare to her.

That is when Toni Storm came out to confront Mercedes Mone. Storm laid the AEW Women’s World Title down in in the ring between them. Mercedes said that fans are tired of a black and white champion, and they want a champion made of color.

Toni Storm mentioned how Mercedes Mone landed in AEW in Boston, in a show that was named after her. She’s undefeated in AEW, but she has never once spoken to or looked at Toni Storm. She wanted to know what took her so long. Mercedes said that it was all about patience, because this is about her legacy.

Mercedes Mone called herself the “Beyonce of women’s wrestling.” Then she proclaimed herself as the standard, the conversation, the blueprint, and the revolution. Fans chanted away as Toni Storm swore to “an unknown god that you’ve never met anyone like me.”

The former Sasha Banks then said she’s different too, because she’s not a Boss anymore, she’s a CEO. She has also beat people all over the world, and she promised to bring it all home at All In: Texas.

Toni Storm then made a point that both she and Mercedes Mone started on the indies, made names for themselves, but then became who they were meant to be in AEW. The only difference is that while Mone wants all the titles, Toni only needs one, the AEW Women’s World Title.

Storm said she hopes that young female fans will be impressed by what they do at All In. In the end, they ended with a tense stand-off, where they both agreed to meet in Texas with a handshake that ended with Storm sniffing Mone and kissing her hand. Then they both reversed out of their finishers and Mone left the ring as Storm posed for fans.

We will keep a close eye on this story as we get even closed to AEW All In: Texas. In case you didn’t know, AEW All In: Texas will take place on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.

Brody King Earns Spot In Fyter Fest International Title Match During 5/28 AEW Dynamite

Brody King Earns Spot In Fyter Fest International Title Match During 5/28 AEW Dynamite

The May 28 episode of AEW Dynamite took place at the El Paso County Coliseum in El Paso, Texas. This show followed the events of AEW Double or Nothing 2025 and continued the momentum from that event, especially for the AEW International Title.

One of the key matches on the card featured Brody King facing Josh Alexander in a tournament match to determine the number one contender for the AEW International Championship. Both competitors brought their styles to the bout as they advanced through the bracket to earn a future title opportunity.

This match went down right after Adam Cole suffered a beatdown after he retained the TNT Title. Josh Alexander actually ended that match by attacking Cole, but then Brody King came down with a chair to even the score.

This match was brutal from the get-go, because they were both ready to lay hands on each other. The two were fighting to see who woudl face Kenny Omega for his championship next week at Fyter Fest during AEW Dynamite. We will find out who will be the other two in the fatal four-way during Collision this week.

This was a hard-fought match, and Josh Alexander was busted open in the process. In the end, Brody King won the match. Now, King will go on to face Kenny Omega next week.

We will keep a close eye on this situation, because you never know what will happen next. AEW has a lot of things in the pipeline, and Tony Khan’s company is very likely to surprise fans.

Adam Cole Suffers Beatdown After TNT Title Defense During 5/28 AEW Dynamite

Adam Cole Suffers Beatdown After TNT Title Defense During 5/28 AEW Dynamite

The May 28 episode of AEW Dynamite went down in the El Paso County Coliseum in El Paso, Texas. It also served as the fallout after AEW Double or Nothing 2025, and Adam Cole did not get the night off.

During this week’s AEW Dynamite, Adam Cole put his TNT Title on the line against Kyle Fletcher. That match had fans’ attention the moment it was announced.

This match went down with about forty minutes to go in the show. Although it wasn’t the main event, fans gave it their undivided attention. It also followed Thekla’s debut for AEW as she attacked Jamie Hayter.

This match continued through a commercial break as the two competitors fought on. When we came back, Fletcher had Cole on the mat, but the TNT Champion soon fought out of it.

The two kept trading moves, as Kyle Fletcher got out of Adam Cole’s finisher. Then Cole named a neckbreaker and a Panama Sunrise before he lowered his knee pad, but then Josh Alexander jumped in the ring to attack Cole to cause a disqualification.

The attack on Adam Cole continued as Josh Roberts’ microphone malfunctioned. Then Brody King came out, armed with a chair, and he was ready to run off Josh Alexander and Kyle Fletcher.

Only time will tell what the picture looks like by the time their next pay-per-view rolls around. AEW All In: Texas will take place on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.

Ricochet has been on quite a ride since he showed up on AEW television. This came after a noteworthy run in WWE.

Ricochet cut a promo during AEW Dynamite this week. During that time on screen, he said he is starting a new stable. He didn’t reveal who he will recruit, but the idea is certainly out there that he will lead a faction soon enough.
